With breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico this home is a must see and will provide you with all the comforts of home. Located directly across the street from the beach, you are steps away from the pristine white sandy beaches Panama City Beach has to offer.
This beautiful home offers a spacious open floor plan. When you walk into the home, you are greeted with a spacious living great for family gatherings and plenty of seating for the whole group. Equipped with a flat screen television, you are able to just relax and unwind after a day spent at the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen is just like home for preparing your family meals, you will find there is ample space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other's company with seating for 10 at the dining table.
The first guestroom is also located on the ground floor with a double bed. As you go upstairs, you will find and additional guest bedrooms. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hallway with King sized bed, TV and bathroom with combination shower and tub. The first guest bedroom will feature a double bed, and the second guest bedroom has a queen bed, day bed and trundle.
One guest room is located on the ground floor with a double bed and full size bath. As you go upstairs you find additional guest rooms. Two Master bedrooms at the front of the house with king beds in each room. Balcony off both front rooms with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Bathroom in the hall with combination shower and tub. Back bedroom large with 1 Queen bed and a daybed with pull out trundle that can become king bed or set of twin beds.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

We had a wonderful time and the house was super cozy! It had everything we needed. You name it, it was there. Even batteries, lol
I got this place for my buddies bachelor party and it was perfect. Plenty of room for the groomsmen and a 30 second walk from the beach with a grocery store on the same road. I would recommend to anyone curious
This was a perfect place! Extremely easy access/check in. There were even board games! Beach adjacent with a VERY very short walk to you beach access! Two wonderful rooms with a HUGE balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean! Just far enough from extremely “touristy”/congested area of “the strip”- But also only a short drive to the touristy things, if you are like me and just have to go to Alvins Island every time you go to the beach! Very spacious. Lots of sleeping room and plenty of kitchen amenities. Will absolutely be staying again!

Great Place! Great Location! Everything you could ever need there from pots, pans, plates, pillows you name it and it was there. Good showers and very much made by us feel at home! We even added a extra night and response time was within mins. Looking forward to next trip!

Our group of six each arrived super early on checking day, thinking we will need to chill around to wait for our check in time. However to our surprise I received a confirmation call of our arrival time and When I let them know we had arrived I was offered super early checking with no extra charges!!! Made it the perfect Start to our vacation!
