This newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath house is located across the street from the beach. The bedding for this unit is 1-King Bed, 1-Queen bed, twin bunk beds as well as two sofa sleepers. This home now has a Mother in law suite located on the ground unit, it has a queen size bed and its own full bathroom and kitchnette.
Located on the east end of Panama City Beach, this home is close to attractions like St. Andrews State Park, the famous Captain Andersons restaurant, theme parks, mini golf, and much more! Make this home your family getaway and let the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach relax you or enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area through the floor-to-ceiling windows!

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

This was a great location! My family and I enjoyed that we only had to walk 1 min to feel the sand in our toes. There were also activities at local businesses like the race car trac and the slingshot ride. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had which was a plus.
This is wonderful place to stay and worth every penny. Would definitely stay again

Awesome location.
If your looking for perfect the home away from homes this is the location for you! You can see the ocean from your front porch, your only 50ft from the beach and theres plenty of room for all of your guests! 10/10 will definitely stay here again if im ever back in Panama City!

In general, it was quite good, the location a few minutes from the beach is great, my family and friends enjoyed it. We hope to return next year.

A beautiful beach home, open space with window view. Great location beach access easy and literally 3 min across a very small street. Bring your pillow and bed linen otherwise an excellent stay
This home is freshly renovated and literally right on the water. It was very neat and tidy when we arrived and the hosts were very gracious. I would recommend this property for anyone staying in Panama City!
