This unit is the upstairs unit of a duplex and features an oversized entryway, a large living area, an outdoor deck for grilling, a large back yard and all the amenities of home. This home sleeps up to six. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a pull out sofa as well. Close to shopping, dining, and only a block from the beach and Rick Seltzer Park!

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Great location - only 2 blocks from beach (but if you’re walking there it’s more like 4 blocks of walking to the public access). Perfect size, not cramped at all. However it was not very clean. Mold all over top of shower and under kitchen sink. Visible chunks of dust on walls. Dirty q-tip and mice poop found in drawers. Dead cockroaches. You have to dry your clothes 3-4 times. Not enough pillows, blankets, or towels if you actually have 6 people sleeping there. Wifi was down several times and you’re dependent on reaching the property manager to contact the upstairs occupants to reset the router which isn’t a fast process. Also it is the downstairs unit, not the upstairs as they advertise. The property manager was fairly responsive and tried to fix some of the major issues. There were 2 parking spaces available for each unit (4 total) which was very nice.

I would recommend a Lsi property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. This one is a great location and there is a lot more room then it looks like. Almost every amenity is within walking distance. The only issue with our stay is neither the dryer nor toilet worked properly. This issue did not have any real detriment to our trip and we still really enjoyed our stay and would again.

I was very disappointed and frustrated with the quality of the unit, and the correspondence with those enlisted to care for this unit.
From the first day here, I walked in to half a dozen dead roaches and other bugs on the floors.
After multiple attempts of reaching out, on my end, still no one came to treat the unit.
The bedding (comforters) looked and smelled as though they hadn’t been washed, the orange blanket was covered in pet hair, the blue blanket smelled of body oder. I stripped the entire bedding the first night and washed it, which relieved most of the smell.
I discovered mold in the kitchen cabinet under the sink.
There are other small issues, as no bowls or kitchen dish clothes, the dryer quite literally takes several hours to dry one load, the washer gets loud and so off balance that it jumps, moving 3 to 6 inches, and has to be pushed back into place.
The sofa and chairs are stained and dirty.
One might expect more from the efforts of the cleaning crew also, considering the fees.
Over all, I am disappointed with the quality of service I have received, as a paying guest.
I googled the company responsible for managing the property, Lsi, and found low rated reviews, especially from current or former employees.
The unit itself is in a great location, safe neighborhood, convenient, and very friendly are the neighbors.
The company managing this property is simply neglecting it.
