This unit is the upstairs unit of a duplex and features an oversized entryway, a large living area, an outdoor deck for grilling, a large back yard and all the amenities of home. Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

We enjoyed our stay at this clean, spacious home! The pictures do no justices. There was plenty for a family of 4 to spread out and have a bit of privacy. The kitchen was nice and big and stocked with everything. We spent lots of time on the balcony watching the sunsets view from the balcony in master bedroom, we did a lot of grilling on the electric grill provided. The host had great communication thru the whole stay. Our biggest issue was, the beds (IT WAS NOT COMFORTABLE) Other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely recommend this home to family and friends! Thanks we had fun! We will be staying here again!

Driveway will flood easily, park perpendicular to the water curb at the garage.
Beds are firm, but comfortable after a long day out. Would stay again.

Great place and location. Five minutes to the beach and several nice food places including Outlaw BBQ and Finn’s Coffee shop. Our only complaint was that there was literally nothing in the house food related except for salt. Usually most places provide condiments and coffee for example. We had to buy everything the day we arrived which was a little annoying since we were only there for a long weekend. I only write this so if you stay here you’re aware of this. The place itself is great.

The pictures do not give it justice. We had a wonderful stay and it was so peaceful. We had plenty of room for my family of 7 including a toddler. The house was so tidy and clean. It had everything we needed to cook dinner to save on eating out. It was perfect distant to the beach. We had a three minute drive to get to a beach entrance. The downstairs neighbors were nice and friendly and didn’t bother us at all. Overall we give this place a rating of 5 and will be staying again in the future.

Everything listed was in the unit. They had everything in the kitchen, which we did not expect at all! The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes from here. The floors were super dirty and full of sand, as well as the beds. The people downstairs have cats and it smelled so bad outside.

The pictures of the place are accurate. We loved the location and walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, we will not book the place again due to the smell of marijuana coming from the downstairs tenants. The smell lasted all day and night our entire stay. If the owners could handle the situation and assure this wouldn’t happen again we would rebook. The smell is so bad our clothes smell like marijuana when we arrived home.
