This home sleeps 6 people with a brand new queen bed (April 2021) in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This beach house, with all the amenities of home, comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and flat screen televisions in the living room and in both bedrooms. Enjoy the unlimited use of free internet and Cable while staying at this property. Close to the desired Pier Park, which has all the hot restaurants and shops in Panama City Beach.

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

No washer and dryer but other than that is great
When entering the airbnb, it seems clean but there needs to be a better cleaning job. Dust balls were under tables, around chairs, so it's clear that it hasn't been swept in a while. The fridge looks clean in the photos, but there is a large yellow stain all over the front door. The house is good for the purpose of somewhere to sleep and shower when wanting to visit the beach. Lower floor and garage are inaccessible, but there's a faucet under the second floor deck that you can use to wash off your feet after coming back from the beach. When cooking, every single time the smoke alarm would go off (even for something as simple as eggs). So if you plan on cooking, you'll have to leave the door open while you cook. Deck doors do not open no matter how hard you pull. There is NO WASHER AND DRYER, which is crucial for when everything is wet and you have sand all over your towels and clothes from the beach. Another thing is there's a Travelodge and when there's a large influx of guests, the noise level increases since the house is next to it (the pool is in view of the house's deck). Late at night, there would still be music/people creating noise. Overall, it's a good stay for a week to lounge at the beach but these certain things can cause inconveniences.
Nice property with a lot of kitchen utilities, so you can cook whatever you want. But beds are very soft, no beach accessories, yard is not fenced. In front of the backyard you have a big motel, so view from the balcony is very limited and Ridiculous pet fee $250 for 9 pound dog. So be aware of that if you're traveling with your furry friend.

UPDATE - A new mattress was purchased in May 2019
This is a very nice place. My wife and I and our little Bischon Lexi love this place. We staid Feb and March last year loved it so much we booked it before we left for 3 months. The only this thatcould use a little updating is the chairs in the living room. Washer and dryer would be nice but otherwise we really love this place. We are not arriving until January 1,2016 but I couldn't put that in.
