Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

It was a great place right on the beach
This was the worst stay ever!!!
Almost 4 days with no hot water to take showers!! Had to contact the owner multiple times!!! Our kids had to take cold showers!!! It was fixed toward the end of our stay.
Master bedroom window wouldn't close completely so at night the room would be full of bugs!!
Missing piece of tile going into the master bathroom that caused my girlfriend to stub her toe breaking her toe nail halfway off. THE WORST & MOST DANGEROUS PART is the sliding door to the deck had NO HANDLE!! It was very hard to open and shut. Thankfully we had no fire emergencies where our kids had to try to get out that door!!! Also a pvc pipe was used to block and lock the sliding door from inside.
OH AND THE AC!!!! It would not shut off when u set it at a certain temperature. It just kept running.
So if u fell asleep at night with it on you would wake up at 2-3am
freezing because it never shut off
And the house would get to 50 degrees
The deck is in bad shape wood coming up.

After we unloaded the car, it was clear we had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies. there was mold in the ice/water dispenser area of the fridge, hairs found on the table in the living area, and in one of the beds upstairs. The mattress in the room facing the beach had a huge chunk taken out of it. We clorox wiped & disinfected everything. We also bought bleach & laundry soap to wash the sheets. the windows upstairs did not open and pretty sure that may be a fire safety issue. Plan on cleaning on your first day! We did get an early check-in and we didn't even ask for one.. so that was great.
REPULSIVE! Dry blood stained extra pillows in closet, vomit covered dishwasher, bare tack-strip closets, hair in bathrooms, stained carpets everywhere, not swept, not clean anywhere! Unit smells worse and mustier than teen-breaker spirit! Seriously outdated. NO COMMUNICATION, even after door code was given to a "carpet cleaner" who opened our front door, unannounced, without notice, and called emergency number. Called company 5+ times, not one single call-back or even email communication. SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RENT ON AIRBNB.
Location and layout of the place was great and a very good price. It is very out of date though and there were a few issues that should be fixed sooner than later to save this company money in the long run. The water pressure in the kitchen was out the first day and one of the ceiling fans in the bedroom was hanging off the wall. There was a slight smell but nothing that was horrible. This place has a ton of potential but it’s about 10 years overdue for an update. Would definitely stay again though

The home has a perfect view to the beach the up stairs room has the most perfect view! We loved the fact that our backyard was the beach! However the home was not what we expected as soon as you walk in it the smell of the house throws you off. it was very filthy and moldy the ceiling in the front room is literally falling. The soap dispenser was empty. Not worth the amount of money we spent. We barely spent any time in the home because of that reason.
House was okay it needs updated, bug sprayed, new generator, roof fixed in guest room
This was probably my worst experience with an AirBnb rental. It was the accumulation of a lot of little things that made it a place that I would not recommend. It started when we first arrived - we were sent the wrong door code. That was resolved quickly by the management company but it was an inconvenience to start our trip. When you first walk into the the condo it smells pretty moldy/musty and the air conditioning never really worked very well so it was always pretty humid inside and never really felt cool. The place really needs a good scrub and some basic routine maintenance. There was a lot of mold on the shower curtain in one of the bedrooms. If you walk around without your shoes on, the bottoms of your feet will be black in no time at all from the carpet in the main sitting area. One of the toilets backed up the first time it was used and although someone came over to plunge it - we were advised just not to use that toilet for the rest of our stay. The kitchen was not very well stocked generally. We decided pretty quickly that cooking there would be difficult despite the fact that there was a complete kitchen. There were no sponges to clean dishes. There were no pillow cases on any of the pillows in the upstairs bedrooms and my sister-in-law ended up waking up to a centipede running across her face in the middle of the night. The beach is great and you are literally right on it. This was the first time I was with my family in a year and a half so there were lots of good distractions between being with loved ones and enjoying beach time but I questioned whether the amount of money we paid was worth it for the place. I organized the trip and I received complaints from everyone I was traveling with. The place was certainly not "brilliant" as the listing described.
Convenient location with a beautiful view but come prepared to clean to feel comfortable. Dirty floors and showers and ac problems. We wouldn’t stay again just because of the lack of cleanliness.
Very roomy for 3 couples. All beds were very comfortable. Short walk to set up right on beach. Tiki Hut next door serves great frozen drinks!
