Great location however the pics advertised were old. Need some minor updates to the place. Need better communication. Need to cut grass, landscaping was bad. No laundry. Porch furniture was a hazard. Rusted and broken. First impression was not good at all. Sad because the place has great potential location wise. Also NO WIFI. Our kids drove us crazy! Only one tv worked, others did not. They are also small like computer screens. Place was not super clean, dog hair on furniture. Carpet dirty. Guy downstairs was very noisy and needs to clean his area. It’s an eyesore. He played loud music like we were not there. The overall stay was uncomfortable. ?

I will start with what I liked about this Airbnb, the location was exactly what we were looking for. We love this area, and the very short walk to the beach was extremely nice. Now for the rest of our stay, I saw several reviews talking about the furniture and cleanliness, that is ALL true. There were stains on the carpets and mold spores on the shower curtains. IMPORTANT: What I can’t look past is that during our last day several of us noticed random bites all over our bodies. We thought it could be mosquitoes but then we looked at our 4 year old and his back was covered in these bites. Upon further investigation we discovered that these bites were BED BUGS. The mattresses were infested with bed bugs. When I contacted Lsi, their company sent out a pest control professional. They indeed had bed bugs and sent us a refund that was less than what we paid for the cleaning fee. They refused to help us more. Please do not stay here, unless they can confirm it is safe for your family.

Since I don’t like to start out a review with the negative let me say that LSI responded to any questions with a fairly quick response and ABnB was great to work with.
Now the negative. After having stayed from mediocre to above average rental properties on the Florida beaches and not being nasty nice or to good to stay at a property that needs a little extra cleaning on our part we were appalled at what we found when we arrived.
The property downstairs had trash and debris around the stairs. The grill and table on the upper deck needed disposed of. The inside consisted of a broken down loveseat sitting on the floor.
Carpets, bedding, furniture old and soiled with stains. The refrigerator had sticky substance on handles and interior. The bathroom had toothpaste in the sink.
We immediately rented another home even if we were not going to be able to receive a refund.
The host did agree to a refund of 4 days which they did not have to do.

This is a great stay for those looking for easy & walkable beach access, short drive to restaurants and things to do, and a great space that’s able to sleep a fair number of people on a budget. There are things that could use replacing in the house, but the space is clean, functional, and we had a great time. The cleanliness of the space is a recurring subject on these reviews, the carpets may need replacing because they are some stains but I can confirm the space is clean. I had a wonderful time with my wife and 2 kids.

The couch was broken, it was dirty, and there was so many little things showed on the pictures that were not there. NO WASHER AND DRYER !!!!

Great kitchen space to cook in, large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms instead of one which was great. The location was awesome. Plenty of beds for everyone. Some cosmetic issues but nothing that interfered with our stay. Water pressure was great in the bathrooms. No bugs or anything gross like that, and AC worked fantastic!

Only problem was that one of the couches was broken , but there was an entire full couch and two comfy chairs so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Wonderful location so close to the beach and things to do/places to go, but the space needs a little maintenance.

This place next to the lake is not like the photos. Do not rent. IT IS FILTHY.

nice location but need alot repair and mote cleaning we find roaches in the kitchen and one bunkbed is unable to use because us broken we communicated to the landlord and he said is goint to sent someone but nobody show so 2 of us have to sleep en the floor not paper towel or thrash bag just one bag and one toilet paper for 6 persons

perfect location! steps from the beach and less crowded. great for families. listed as 1 bath but actually has 2. beds are comfortable. I would stay again.

My cousin, our husbands, and our kids all took a family vaca. This was a perfect location! It’s basically across the street from the beach so it’s a quick walk. The house had plenty of space for all of us. The description says one bath but it does have two which was nice. In the morning and at night you can sit on the porch and watch the sun set. We had a great stay! Perfect spot for a beach trip. It’s right around the corner from a Publix and many other stores. The only thing is the kitchen is not stocked. They have some small sauce pans and two frying pans and that’s it. We like to cook our meals- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I ended up going to Walmart and buying a cheap cookie sheet and a large pot (we were making spaghetti). I also had to buy cups, they only had two. If your looking to do meals in I would recommend bringing some things but other than that it was a great stay! There is a full time renter below, he is very friendly.

Well, first I must say that this Airbnb is managed by a third-party company. This company is based in another state and don't expect good management or communication. They requested a form to be completed outside of Airbnb, and I refused. Management of this type is against Airbnb policies and contrary to the intent of the whole concept of the Airbnb system. Lsi is not a name, but it is a Management company - LSI Vacation Rentals.

Next, I will say that this was probably the most poorly kept Airbnb that I have stayed at. The unit smelled like pets, was dirty throughout, and everything was either dilapidated, broken or out-dated. Basic items like a trash can in the hallway bathroom did not exist. Significant amount of time and money needs to be invested to update this unit.

I will say though that this is a decent value. It is close to the beach with a pond in the back. There is a large patio for people. In my situation this Airbnb worked out as I'm not too particular about a "nice" place. However, I'm going to provide an honest feedback for others.

If you can overlook the condition of the place then this rental is a good option. 1 star is lost for lack of or poor amenities, 1 star is lost for some manage property damages, and 1 star is lost for a terrible management company. 2 out of 5 stars.

The place is disgusting. We had multiple issues with cleaning from the time of our arrival. We stayed here even though we had read the previous reviews thinking, “how bad can it be?” We had no other place where to stay as we were evacuating New Orleans for hurricane Ida. I’m thankful that at least we found this place and my family and I were able to stayed here but the experience was the worst. Nice place but it looks like they don’t take care of the place or don’t car about their guests.

Had a great time. This location is very close to the beach, we would walk back and worth everyday to the house and to the beach. There was a renter downstairs but only bumped into each other once or twice, very friendly. There’re three bed rooms, one bunk bed in 1, a single bed and queen/king bed (couldn’t tell the size) in 2, and a king bed and couch in the 3rd. There is also a bathroom in the 3rd bedroom and a second bathroom in the hall way. We would definitely stay here again!

Not the cleanest place we've ever stayed, but proximity to the beach about makes up for it..

Damages and hard beds could be really nice with some updating to property

The location is great close to the beach entrance. Its a quiet place the price was not bad.
