The Calypso Resort is the beaches finest and newest beach resort, right across the street from Pier Park. Located on the west end of the beach at 15817 Front Beach Rd. This area of the beach is very family friendly.

This area of the beach is very family friendly. Calypso has two gorgeous free-form pools which are directly on the beach. The resort also offers tropical landscaping, a tiki bar, and a fitness center. All units are Gulf front with large balconies. This unit has 1 king, 1 queen, 1set of bunks (full on bottom twin on top), and a sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 8 people. All top of the line appliances and it's furnished lavishly. Come and enjoy all the amenities of this great resort.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

I probably won’t recommend this stay to friends, unless this place is given some TLC and the tv’s are updated to something more modern. Walked past many rooms with nice size flat screen televisions. Updated amenities attract more people!

Would never stay here. This place was disgusting. There were stains on the pillows in the master bedroom. Mold in the bathtubs. Supposedly had been cleaned before we arrived, but yet it was filthy when we arrived. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the entire condo before we could even sleep there. The dryer did not work properly. Ran out of hot water after one shower. The tv didn’t work in the guest bedroom. For the price we had to pay, there was no excuse for this. When asked for compensation for all of the issues, the owner wouldn’t even agree to waive cleaning fee. Only positive thing about this place was the location on the beach. I would have thought that this property would have had a higher standard for its condo owners. I’ve been coming to Panama City for many years now and have never experienced anything like this.

best location in PCB if you have teenagers, being right next to Pier Park is great. the condo is well equipped with everything you could possibly think of!

1-802 was very average at best. It was outdated, but many issues that either had band aids or needed fixed. The front door has make shift seal around it that looked terrible. The safety lock on the door (the one that allows you to leave open an inch, but you can’t get in). The paint was coming off the cabinets in the kitchen. Like they painted the cabinets white, but didn’t use the correct kind so all of the paint wheee you open the doors coming off.
I found the fully furnished unit to be misleading. The kitchen Utensils and pans where very sub par. Was really annoyed that we had to go buy a dish cloth , toilet paper and trash bags to get us through 6 days.
LSI was very responsive anytime I reached out to them. They were courteous.
The resort itself was great. Great location and the rest of the resort was nice. The pools were well maintained.
