This is a ground floor 3-bedroom 3.5 bath lake view condo. The condo has an upgraded kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a separate bar area with built in wine cooler and separate ice maker. The kitchen is complete with all dish and glassware, cookware, utensils, blender, toaster, etc. The dining table seats six with additional bar seating for four.
The spacious living area has a cozy gas fireplace, large HD flat panel. A large patio with a gas grill extends your living space outdoors where you can relax and enjoy the views of Lake Carillon and the Gulf of Mexico whether sipping coffee in the morning, or your favorite beverage at sunset.
Each bedroom has its own private full bath, and the waterfront master suite not only opens out to the patio but has a sumptuous master bath with jetted soaking tub, double vanity, and a large walk-in steam shower. The master bedroom will have a king-sized bed and the 2 guest bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Absolutely beautiful views on the water. The pool is right there and really big. Alot to do 7 miles away. And the walk to the beach isnt bad. Would advise anyone to book here....

Well when my family and I arrived there was a nieghbor(who ended up being nice) said you must have the wrong place. I assured him my code worked at the door. Next the rug in the master was covered in dog or cat urine. The SMELL! The coffee pot have so much mold in it we had to by bleach to clean it. I had to help the maintenance guy take the bed apart to help remove the rug and put it in the closet. The last thing that happen was there was a guy who just used our code to come in without knocking between 930-10 at night, just walked right in. He was there to remove the rug. We love the location and the place would have been great if not for these issues. We did not feel that safe as it seamed everyone had the code to our condo. At least 3 different people was in there.

We stayed at Lsi’s condo for a girl’s weekend. It was the perfect space for me and my friends. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good size. The master is enormous! The kitchen and living room have an amazing view of Lake Carillon. The kitchen is well stocked with top of the line appliances and a fabulous ice maker and wine fridge.
The condo is on the first floor which gave us quick access to the pool and the downtown area. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but very manageable. I have stayed in many houses and condos in Carillon. This ranks up as one of the best!

The condo was in a great location. It had everything we needed. Liked the fact each room had a bathroom of its own. Beds did not sleep well. But, still worth the stay.
**UPDATE** The mattress was replaced in February 2020
