Casa Coastal Oasis is a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. Luxury flooring, beautiful interiors, and plush furnishings await in this recently renovated and completely transformed home. An inviting open concept living/dining area welcomes you into the space showcasing a brand new, beautifully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Prepare delicious meals then gather at the breakfast bar overlooking an enormous great room, perfect for entertaining. Large windows and French doors bring the sunshine in and beckon for a yard game in the huge backyard. Cozy bedrooms and new bathrooms with custom tiled showers are additional upgrades designed to enhance your stay. A master suite with a king-sized bed, two guest suites with queen-sized beds, and a bunk room with twin bunks will ensure everyone gets a good night's rest. A full-sized washer and dryer are lovely conveniences for quick cleanups.
Head over to the beach, quickly accessible at the Ed Walline access point just five minutes away. Store your RV/boat on the property's designated parking spot and conveniently launch from the close-by beach launch. Stroll the shores, catch some rays, and enjoy the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. Pick a trail at Point Washington State Park, explore the area on bikes then recharge at one of the many eateries in the nearby communities of Blue Mountain Beach and Grayton Beach.
Please note: a dog is permitted, but it must be under 30 lbs and the non-refundable pet fee is an additional $300
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
