The Commodore is a nice complex on the beach. Located at 4715 Thomas Drive, close to St. Andrews State Park. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and more. There are many amenities: heated pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi, sauna, shuffleboard, basketball court, picnic tables and grills, plus 24 hour security. The master bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two full size beds. There is also a walk-in shower for easy access. Fully redecorated in June 2021, this unit has everything you need! Come and enjoy the warmth and the beauty of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". This unit comes with beach chairs for 2023 (March 1-October 31).

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

This was our 2nd time this unit, clean, very nice unit. Checking in and out was a breeze. Easy access to everything. The only thing the unit could use more of is towels and washcloths. We did have to change some light bulbs in the living room and the TV remotes. Overall very nice place to stay.

Both shower curtains were covered in mold, they are missing and defective blinds in every room so there will be no sleeping in, and one of the beds had not even had the sheets changed and was covered in hair and sand, there are no washcloths in the unit. The outside balcony is was covered in sand, broken toys, and food particles. There are no working out once in the master bedroom. After being checked in for over 24 hours, we were finally supplied with dish, washing detergent, and sponges, someone changed the sheets on the dirty bed, and the porch was cleaned. Obviously we had went and purchased wash cloths and stuff before that time because we needed to shower before we can go out to dinner the day after we arrived. The solution to the outlets not working in the bedroom was two 15’ extension cords, which caused a safety hazard for myself. No spices or oil available, or spa/sauna as described by owner. The view was beautiful but the condo was a 0.

Amazing vacation! The condo was just as described! Literally steps from the beach and atmosphere was so relaxing. The condo was perfect, and the view was beautiful. The pull out mattress on couch was uncomfortable, and we ended up buying an air mattress, but that did not ruin our stay at all. The staff was super friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

First off they replied enough for us to book. After that, they barely replied if we had questions or concerns. We got there for checkin at 4pm (which is the promised time) & they was just then calling the cleaning crew to come clean, so checkin was late. The cleaning service even told us that they had just called them to come clean. On top of that, I guess because the cleaning service was trying to hurry & clean for our sake it definitely wasn’t clean enough. It wasn’t enough towels & bath cloths. It wasn’t enough tissue. The furniture is old & the mattress was uncomfortable. I’m not being mean, but the stay was poor & I definitely will not book with them again. Panama was awesome though!

This place was great! You cannot beat the location for the price! We were close to everything BUT closer to St. Andrews and the beach was much cleaner than the ones further up! The water was clear and I saw no trash anywhere! I loved not having to wait for elevators, the room setup, and communication with LSI went smooth. This place is great for families
