Needs a lot of communication improvement locked out of our room for the night with no response from LSI room needs alot
of improvement on cleaning

Was very quick to respond and no issues.

The place was so adorable! The location was great and was super family friendly! We loved being in a less busy area. The unit had most everything we needed! Highly recommend

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Front Beach Rd. I was disappointed the kitchen was not stocked in seasonings, oils, sprays, foil, etc. literally had to purchase all new which I’m not used to doing. We went ahead and purchased additional utensils for the next renter. The balcony was perfect. Joshua who works the chairs is the most professional attendant in all our years.

The place was clean and the pics show exactly what it looks like. Great host and great stay.

Beach front views were beautiful and the communication was great. The unit was not very clean- moldy shower curtain liner, black mold on the ceiling in the master, floors were dirty and sandy as soon as we got there. The refrigerator door handle was also broken. The listing talked about being recently renovated- the bathrooms and appliances were outdated. Did not feel like a well maintained home.

Overall, this was a good place to stay considering majority of our time was spent on the beach. Would we come back? Ultimately, yes but there are some pros and cons that prevented me from giving a 5 star review.

The host was very responsive. We discovered the location on the listing was not where the actual condo is located-which is why we initially booked. We pointed this out to the host and she was very responsive and kind. The location ended up being great, the beach was not as crowded and definitely more family friendly. The beach chair service that comes with the condo is also amazing. The condo itself was a decent space with comfortable bedrooms and a decently equipped kitchen for a rental. The downfalls included a washer/dryer that do not work well; sometimes they would not complete a cycle for no apparent reason and the dryer door would randomly pop open. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. We had to clean the hair from the bathroom floors as it was everywhere.

Greeted upon arrival by helpful security and then had a very pleasing stay with no issues.

Best location and beautiful views even if the weather is not cooperating. Several restaurants within walking distance. Unit a little dated in areas but very clean and spacious. Well worth the stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Host was quick to respond when I had questions. We were able to check in a little early; which was great because we were from out of state and had my elderly Mother with us. Will stay here again.

It was a great time and a excellent stay. Host was responsive, the view is incredible. I wish I stayed more days!

We really enjoyed our stay. I know that check-in wasn’t until 4pm but we were able to check in was we arrived in from Georgia. We would definitely rent again because of the location and the cleanliness of the condo.

Horrible host, rules are very unclear. and they are unwilling to work with us to help us get out money back.

What a great condo! Super clean & comfortable! Right on the beach, which is what we wanted! Plus the beach was not crowded. The host responded quickly & we were able to check in a little early. All in all, wonderful experience and we will definitely book this place again!

Save your money and stay elsewhere, unkind owners that are just trying to get your money and are unwilling/unable to help with any issues you may encounter. By far the worst experience with any Airbnb host I’ve had.

Beautiful

When we arrived at the Commodores, it looked just like the pictures online! The view was amazing and we were close to everything. Everything was done via e-mail, also with the check in, rules and door code. They were quick to respond to my messages. The only thing Iwasn't happy about was the cleanliness, but a good sweeping and wiping down stuff was good enough.

Map shown on here is a good 10 minutes from where the condo actually is. Thought we were staying close to Pineapple Willy’s, that was not the case. This location is closer to the bay. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Over all we had a good girls trip. Could have been worse.

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful home and spacious patio overlooking the pool and beach. Highly recommend. Cable in each room was nice.
There are chairs/umbrellas for rent on the beach for about $30-40 a day. Pool closes at 10 PM and there was a hot tub.
The condo had about one bathroom towel per person so you might want to bring your own, as well as coffee, salt and pepper and laundry detergent. You do have to sign a waiver separately and pay 40.00 for parking for two vehicles which was not included.
I recommend this place and Lsi was great with communication. Would defiantly stay there again!!

The condo was nice and right in the beach.

This unit (#607) of the commodore was great. It was clean, nicely updated, great location in PCB, and in a smaller condominium which means less of a “fight” when trying to get a spot on the beach. It was a great experience for me and my family of four. There was one small issue with a bedroom door, but the host was already aware of it and very responsive when communicating with us. We will be coming back and plan to stay in this unit again.

Check in was great we got to check in earlier then the check in time. BUT the door was open when we arrived and one of the doors to the rooms was broken. We asked when they could fix the door and they said they couldn’t get to it right away and later on they came into our condo without telling us and when we weren’t there. The cleanliness wasn’t great. There was hair everywhere and a lot of dust under the beds. The view and the location was beautiful. The balcony was big and the beds were nice and big, had nice furniture. They could be less pricey given the place being kind of old. It could use some renovations.

Lsi was Awesome at contacting me back right away. Her property is to die for to stay at !

Bring more towels unless you want to spend your vacation doing laundry. Make sure you bring toilet paper as well. One bathroom didn't have any.

Great location, place has been updated but not the bathrooms which I consider old for the price tag. No basics: coffee, salt ..even limited trash bags. That did not necessary bothered me but again - you'd expect it for the price tag.
Communication was good but I did not appreciate the host forcing me to sign an additional full lease contract not mentioned in the renting details and with mistakes that they corrected after I point them. They conditioned me the access to the unit unless I sign this lease. We still had good time and I think they are a good host despite all this little "issues"
