The complex has 3 pools, outdoor BBQ's, poolside gazebo's, lighted tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, and shuffleboard, and a deli and souvenir shop (seasonal hours). The unit will sleep 6. It has 1 King bed, 2 full beds. No sleeper. Not a tv in the guest room. You will never forget watching the sunset from this spacious balcony overlooking the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches".

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The condo is pretty simple but the location on the beach was perfect. It was a good value for the location. Some basic items would make the condo better. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking but a few more disposal supplies (trash bags, dish soap) would be nice.

I knew when booking this condo would be little out dated based upon pictures. Was happy to see they replaced corner chair and added a nice TV in guest room. Kitchen is ultra tiny. One person at a time, plus washer/dryer crammed next to refrigerator (however, nice front load). As a party of four, they only provided 2 wash clothes. Suggest bring extra towels/wash clothes and own sheets. Bedding was very low end ( not soft). Nice beach front view. Peaceful atmosphere. Security for parking entrance nice. Friendly office staff. Pools nice. Tiki bar was added surprise.

Place was great even accommodated my double jetski trailer with 2 skis on it.
Only down side is the ac took 4 days to cool to 70 degrees , the balcony was super dirty and we stumbled upon house roaches in the master bathroom on our last night. The place could use a néw refrigerator , updated ac unit as the small room was hot the entire time with no air flow.

Great spot! Beds were super comfy, master bedroom had great views of the ocean and access to the balcony from the room. Definitely going to stay here again if we ever come back to PCB. Highly recommend!

Our stay at our condo was awesome! We were able to check in a little early which was great because we had traveled from out of town and was tired. Everything was just as the pictures showed. It had beautiful views of the beach and had a little bit of something for everyone, like board games, movies, books and more! I was very pleased with our stay and will definitely be booking another condo (maybe even the same one) again! Thank you for making our vacation awesome!

Communication with LSI and the unit’s location were perfect! Everyone at Dunes of Panama was so friendly. The unit itself was somewhat of a letdown. It is in serious need of some updates. The AC is struggling and is unable to keep the unit cool. The living room furniture and rugs throughout are worn out and dirty. I would definitely recommend replacing all of the rugs and either replacing the living room furniture or atleast hiring a company to come in and deep clean them. This unit has such potential but currently has that “dirty” feel to it. We put beach towels down on the living room furniture and either wore flip flops in the kitchen/bathroom or put towels down to walk on in these areas.

Great location! Beautiful view of the beach mere yards away. Enjoyed being on the less busy end of Panama City beach. Still tons of amenities close by.

Do not stay at this location in building a or b! Our stay started with a dirty unit. The room had a broken toilet so 5 people used one bathroom for 3 days. The showers needed bleach spray to get the curtain and doors clean. After buying cleaning supplies and spending hours cleaning, we thought it would get better. Then the AC went out. We were without ac for almost 24 hours. We found black mold in the AC room and in the showers. To top it off, housekeeping knocked on our door at few minutes before 10am. At check out, We were required to strip the sheets, carry out trash, put dishes in the dishwasher so not sure why it was so urgent for housekeeping to show before 10am! Plus there were no extra supplies in the unit. We bought dishwasher pod, toilet paper and paper towels, and much more just to function. We had not been on a family vacation in 4 years and It ruined our stay!!!

I would highly recommend staying here. We stayed on a short family beach trip with two little ones and this was the perfect unit. The unit is definitely no frills and I wouldn't stay here if you were looking for a higher end unit. But for our needs it was perfect, the host is great and the location is wonderful. The pools at the condo were never really crowded and the beach is literally only 50yards from the lobby. We had a great time and would stay here again.
