Host was so friendly and helpful, Place was overall clean with a dream location, the home need a lot of love and care, there was a lot of broken thing thru the house like shower walls, door handles, lamps, closet doors, window blinds, tvs are old and useless, but the biggest downside is that the whole place has carpet which is very inconvenient being a beach front house

This place needs a lot of maintenance and work before anyone else rents it a lot of things did not work

The house is in a good place but is not worth what I paid the a/c was not working , and some of restrooms only have hot water. The house was not clean and I sent pictures but apparently that was not good enough if you wanna have a stress free vacation look somewhere else.

couldn’t ask for a better location. The house was exactly as pictured on the listing. Will be booking again soon.

I have always been honest in my evaluations and this time will be no exception.
the location of the house is great, close to everything and a huge parking lot.
but the house needs urgent improvements, we had problems with the water in the toilet and the shower, the house was not completely clean and the grill was useless
but well, we just needed a place to sleep and take a fresh water bath

Hi everyone, the location was great, the house needs major repairs. We had gas sewage coming into the house from the shower, the smell linger through out the house, the house wasn’t probably clean when we arrived , toilet was flooding from the base in the kids bathroom, drain for all the tubs and toilets was draining supper slow, operating the shower valve was an issue, gas grill doesn’t work, cockroach was all over the house, black mold growing from exterior walls, moldy furniture, broken doorknob and windows
I don’t like to leave a bad review, but feel it’s unethical to rent out a place in this condition.

Great place to enjoy with family

The path to the beach is short and you’ll love the direct to beach feel. The provided chairs are lightweight and incredibly useful. Slept well in the master king bed and the TVs worked well. Only suggestion would be to be prepared to bring more pots/pans if you’re cooking here.

Great beach house! The beach is right there’s and this is my new favorite location to stay in PCB! The owners are very helpful and accommodating. Will stay again.

Beware…..the house needs to be torn down. Bottom line.

Excellent spot, close to all the main attractions. Needs a deep clean and a few upgrades.

This was a great location. Beach was not over crowded at all and there was a few things within walking distance. The house is a bit older but they have made a few updates. Unfortunately, as some of the other reviews, we did have a few roaches in the kitchen. Other than that, the property was clean and pleasant. Very quick response time if you need anything. We had 10 guests and did not feel over crowded. Would visit again.

The house is located directly on the beach! But unfortunately, that’s where my excitement for this property ends. My review is going to be honest so hopefully we can save another family from having the issues we experienced. We are not uppity or hard to please, but when you pay this much money for a dirty house, that’s were I draw the line.

When we arrived, we were shocked, as the house was filthy (kitchen table/counters, floors, bathrooms, couch, etc. all dirty). There was even a happy Birthday banner still hanging from the previous guest. I immediately messaged the owner expressing concerns. She apologized, and asked if we wanted the cleaning crew to come back, my reply was “yes, please!” I never received a reply!! So… we bought our own cleaning products and cleaned to feel more comfortable for the rest of the week. It’s a shame we paid such a large cleaning fee - when we actually had to clean the house ourselves.

The bathrooms have major water pressure issues and need major updates. Careful with the water in the middle bathroom shower, it will burn you. Honestly, it’s like trying to open a safe figuring out how much cold/hot to turn so the water temperature is comfortable.

Don’t bother trying to use the grill outside, it’s in horrible shape.

We saw a couple very LARGE cockroaches inside the house as well, which was absolutely disgusting.

Overall, we were extremely disappointed in our stay and lack of action/communication when we voiced our concern on day one.

Great place to stay excellent view of the beach, plenty of space for a decent sized group and close to other attractions

Location, location, location. Clean, open floor plan, steps away from a quiet beach
Few items in need of repair (blinds, etc), contacted owner, immediate response, items repaired quickly.

We had a amazing time I will always use LSI for every trip we make to Panama City beach the beds were so comfy they were so nice to us An made sure we had a great time we have stayed at a lot of places before but never felt like home can't wait to come again.
