Our 2nd time staying. Everything was great for us however a few side notes. The listing says they do not have wifi but they do. The listing pictures of living area are outdated. they have nicer furniture. Lastly I highly recommend cleaning the dryer vent in the back right. It was so full it wasn't drying at all but most importantly we are lucky it didn't start a fire because it was encrusted in the dryer. so please check the dryer vent before using dryer for everyone's safety. Otherwise this is a cute,safe,clean, quiet place. We highly recommend!

amazing for the price, we would stay again

Super great place to stay. It's a literal 2 minute walk to the beach. Squeaky clean. Next time i come to Panama city I'll be staying here

Great location the pool was very relaxing and a short walk to the beach really enjoyed our stay wished it had Wi-Fi but still a great lil vacation.

Enjoyed the stay here. The den furniture has been updated since the pictures. Comfortable for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Very easy walk to the beach. Kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, quiet space. Clean and cozy. Will be looking for an opening here next time I come to the beach.

Alles in allem Top, dass Haus bzw. die Holztreppe und der Balkon könnten Mal einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen da einige Balken sehr instabil wirken und das Holz splittert. Lage war super. Entgegen der Beschreibung befand sich die Wohnung im 1. Stock mit Blick auf den Pool. WiFi, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschinen sowie voll ausgestattete Küche war vorhanden. 2 Gehminuten über die Straße zum Strand. Ich würde wieder buchen.

My In-laws stayed here for the second time, and it was wonderful like it was the first time.

This was a perfect getaway for my girlfriend and I. We were super close to the beach! Would definitely book again.

Lovely place on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. The only minor problems was, we could use more towels and washcloths and also the pool was hot not refreshing at all. Overall this place was beautiful and quite. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Lsi’s place was perfect for me as a single traveler, but you could definitely do a couple with a couple small kids. Two pools, a large hot tub, and VERY walkable to the beach. I consider this the more peaceful side of PCB, so be aware of that, if that’s not your thing. Incredibly responsive and helpful host. The furniture and stuff is better than what’s in the photos! Definitely the best deal I found. Would totally stay again.

The airbnb it self was updated from the pictures, better couches and very nice kitchen. The condos were in a good spot to the beach, but the local restaurants and bars were around 10mins away. Which was fine when driving not for walking. The condo it’s self was in a good location away from big crowds which we enjoyed. I will say the bed sheets and comforter was not very comfortable and the shower head definitely needs a update. Overall it was clean and a nice place for two people to stay.

Simple place to stay, easy check in, kind , helpful, and responsive host, and almost right on the beach.

Everything was just as pictured. It was great fpr my son and I. We were just there to sleep as my husband was leading a youth camp down the road. Everything worked great.

This is a nice place with a GREAT location. It’s right across from the beach so that’s awesome. You’re about 5 min from Pier Park. The place could definitely use some updates but it’s nice for the price! Our complaints were that there was a giant patched up place in the bathroom with duct tape all over it, one pool and the hot tub were closed & our couch was broken. Lsi was quick to respond so that was very much appreciated.

Condo was just as described. Perfect location right across the street from the beach. Everything was very clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Condo was lovely! Granite countertops, everything was very clean. The carpet was clean. Bedroom furniture seemed new. Mattress was very comfortable. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer! Will definitely stay again!

No frills place with a great location to the beach. If you like the bedroom cold, bring a fan. The place was clean for the most part, would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the excessive fees. $950 for three nights is far from the advertised price.

Value here is the proximity to the beach and the price is right.
The unit needs some attention, especially the carpets. The unit was clean but the carpets are very dirty. Wore flips the whole time to avoid blackened feet!
Communication from property management was very good.
With some updates and attention to small repairs, this could be an excellent place to stay. Right now, I give it about a "C."

If you would like to stay at a place practically ON the beach without having to pay “on the beach” money, than this is the place for you!!! The view is amazing, the area is well monitored and kept super clean. From the second we got there, I forgot about everything else but Florida. The location and convenience of the endless summer resort is so amazing. You are steps from the beach. 0.2 miles from Mikes famous oyster bar, and best of all? It’s just like having your own little slice of heaven, for a little while that is.
