Horizon South unit 12C4 is located on the North end of the complex next to the entrance gate. This unit is great for small families and can sleep up to 6 people.

This unit is recently updated and offers guests a relaxing vacation location. The living room features flat screened TV and has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom is will feature (2) full sized beds and a flat screen TV. Amenities of this unit also include a private fenced in patio.
This unit does not include a washer and dryer in the unit but there are laundry facilities available onsite (small fee – coin laundry).
Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The pools, on site club house and property amenities are just moments away. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located in this gated community.
Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.
Complimentary WiFi is available at the on-site clubhouse which also features an exercise room and pool tables.
Armbands: $20.00 each per 7 days
Parking Passes: $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) per 10 days

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Trash was hard to find
Great place to stay for a family vacation close to the beach walking distance the pools was great and everyone was super friendly that lived and stayed in the neighborhood we couldn’t play put-put that the resort offers because we didn’t have balls or put out sticks in the house available to us other then that everything was great
Nice, clean little condo. The beds are a little stiff, but other than that everything was great!
Definitely not worth the money. My daughters arrived first but I didn't get there until after midnight as my plane was delayed. I was so tired I just crashed. The next day I realized how run down and outdated this place is. Blinds on the patio door broken off and thrown behind the TV. Couldn't even shut them. Kitchen is so small only 1 person at time can be in there. The bathroom was was not clean. The outdoor patio was disgusting. So dirty with cigarette butts all over the place. No WIFI and just basic cable. Although it states "beach access", it's at least a mile to walk to the beach as this unit is closer to the back at highway 98. For $1150 for 4 nights, you would expect a little better.
Loved our stay with our three kids all under 5. Hot tub and pools were their favorite when we did stay at the resort. It literally felt like we were at home, but on the beach.
the location is the best
The stay and area was nice cozy and comfortable. However Upon entry to the property the gate codes did not work. Even after a second attempt with alternative code provided. The third attempt with an alternate gate proved successful. The last thing one wants to worry about after a long drive is denied access because of a improper code. Property instructions were a bit confusing. Written were to grab parking tickets from the on-site office. However 2 addresses were listed. 1st try went to the wrong office. However there are a few things that can be improved. WiFi is not provided and it was hard to do without with other devices all using one hotspot. It felt a bit like a hotel. Usually there are nice booklets of restaurants and attractions near by laid out neatly. Usually there are some type of personal touches by the owners like a layout book providing descriptions and reminders or whatever else. I was a little hesitant that there were no other reviews for me to go off of to reach my decision to rent but I gave it a try anyways. It’s turned out ok. But could have been a little better. Amenities to use were plentiful which made up for the lack of in other areas. I would rent again. If some things were improved.
