Featuring a private patio, just off the living room, provides a relaxing space after a day spent on the beach.
The master bedroom will have a king size bed, flat screen TV and a full size bathroom. Other amenities of this condo include complimentary Wifi. This unit does not have a washer and dryer, but there are laundry facilities located onsite.
Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The south pool is just steps from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located in this gated community. The on-site clubhouse also features a exercise room and pool tables and offers complimentary WiFi.
Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.

Parking Passes: $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) per 10 days

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Everything was pretty clean. Only thing is we had a hard time finding it at first it’s on the closer side to the highway. Other reviews have complaints about “roaches”. We saw none. However, we did see a palmetto bug. Which is native to FL. Those and german roaches can easily be mistaken for cockroaches if you’ve never lived in FL. It’s not the owners fault that’s just something you can’t help you can go stay in a multi million dollar home and your still bound to see one of the two.
i did not even get to stay the residence was infested with roaches and i had to leave, they refused a partial refund and i had to drive back sms get pictures in which she still refused. airbnb actually stepped in and provided a partial refund, which i felt was fair considering the circumstances. i would not recommend this residence nor the host
Little walk to the beach. The alarm on the door also would go off randomly east fix but was annoying until you figure it out other then that it was great place.
convenient place, only problem was multiple cockroaches found around the whole condo.
Good communication..only flaw was broken dishwasher and that u can’t turn ac below 72

Older property, but very nicely renovated and clean. A lot bigger than the pictures suggest. Loved the recliner and the couch was comfortable too. Has a hose outside so you can wash your stuff off!
Location was great. Only took 15 minutes to get to the baseball fields. The pier was super close. Wifi didn't work the entire week we were there. Saw 4 big roaches and roach droppings in the bathroom cabinet. Only had 2 washcloths. Ceiling in bedroom was messed up. Had to pay for a $25 parking tag but when we didn't have a place to park the "security gaurd" said it was first come first serve.
This place was a treat! Right across from the beach! Very nice and clean . Would definitely stay again ❤️
