Horizon South unit 15C1 is located on the North end of the complex next to the entrance gate. This unit is great for small families and can sleep up to 6 people.
This one bedroom, one bath condo features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. This unit is recently updated and offers guests a relaxing vacation location. The living room features flat screened TV, Cable and has a queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom is will feature (2) full sized beds and a flat screen TV. Amenities of this unit also include a private fenced in patio.
This unit does not include a washer and dryer in the unit but there are laundry facilities available onsite (small fee – coin laundry).
Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The pools, on site club house and property amenities are just moments away. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located in this gated community.
Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.
Complimentary WiFi is available at the on-site clubhouse which also features an exercise room and pool tables.
Armbands: $20.00 each per 7 days
Parking Passes: $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) per 10 days
Trailer / Oversized Vehicle: $40.00 each per 10 days

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

A lovely little place to stay! About a 5-10 minute walk through a gated complex to the beach which was nice! Would suggest bringing some toilet paper and trash bags if you’re staying more than a few days as only 1 roll/2 bags are provided. Also if you plan to cook there is cookware but no cooking essentials (oil, salt/pepper, etc.) so bring your own. Also it is noted in the listing so not an issue necessarily but there is essentially NO access to internet service unless you have a hotspot on your phone and even then service is spotty. All and all though a great stay and absolutely worth the money!

The actual stay was fine but there was trash left behind blocking our entrance. It took them nearly an entire 24 hours to get someone to get it and wanted to first make sure it wasn’t the neighbors (even though there is absolutely no way to tell). It’s not the fact that trash was left behind it was the abysmally slow response. It really made our first day annoying.

Responsive host; it's located in the back of the condominium, so the beach is anout a 10 min walk; the pools and laundry are close and conveniently located; GPS will want to take you Back Beach Rd, so you'll have to force it to go Front Beach Rd if you want to ride the beach; 8/10 would stay again

Not a terrible place to stay. It’s about 10 min walk to the beach. You have to pay $20 for an armband just to wear on the property. Our condo smelled so bad and I think there were maggots in the dishwasher. The air conditioning kept stopping and we would come back from the beach and it would be 85 degrees in there.

Nice little single story condo that is probably a 10 minute walk from the beach. Had a little kitchen with all the items you need to cook. Cleanliness was a 4 out of 10. I almost gave it a 3, but it's a beach condo, so I figure it didn't have to be spotless. Its saving grace is that the bathroom was very clean and the shower worked amazing. Had an issue getting the door code. The LSI staff thought they sent it but the message didn't actually have the code in it. They were super helpful and nice when I called though. Just make sure you have the code before they close for the day when you are heading there. We didn't use the common facilities much (pool, tennis court, etc.). They looked nice enough though. Not a 5 star facility, but very high value for the money, and beats a hotel room hands down. I would recommend.

The condo isn’t technically steps away from the beach but it is definitely worth it! It was super clean and came with everything we could’ve needed. The Complex had 4 pools and 2 hot tubs only able to really swim in 2 and soak in 1 hot tub, but the place was immaculate and my girls had a great time. The security keeps an eye on everyone often and that’s amazing. Will be returning one day soon.
