This 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom loft townhome features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. With granite countertops, updated appliances, brew station, the kitchen is perfect for preparing all your family meals. This unit is furnished with updated furniture, the living room features, flat screened TV and DVD Player.

The Master bedroom features a King sized bed, flat screen TV and is adjacent to the downstairs full bathroom. Upstairs are 2 sets of bunk beds with full size beds on the bottom and twin bed on top, TV, and private bathroom. Amenities of this unit include complimentary WiFi, washer and dryer, and private enclosed patio is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The pool and clubhouse are just steps from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located onsite in this gated community.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

Minimum rental age is 25 years old. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Fantastic condo! Super clean, extremely comfortable and perfect location. We loved the upstairs loft for our kiddos, the pools were great and very clean, the putt putt course was so much fun and we loved being so close to the beach. The host was so gracious and communicative with us - we stayed during our evacuation from Hurricane Ida and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to check in and even extended our stay when needed. Cannot say enough good things about this perfect property!

Pros: It's a condo community right across the street from the beach. The previous person who left the message said it was a long walk and that there was no parking but if you park next to the gate inside of the community, the beach is literally across the street. The condo was clean. No issues with bugs except an occasional gnat or two. The rooms were spacious. There's a nice little outdoor space where they have stuff like bougie boards, a bicycle and a grill to use. Cons: I stayed in the top room and the A/C didn't work. I sent for the maintenance person and they said that there was some issue with the compressor and that was why the A/C didn't make it to the top floor. They suggested lowering the A/C- even though the rules say if we turn it too low and there is an issue with the A/C then it would be our fault. It was hot and uncomfortable but I wasn't going to risk being framed for an issue that I didn't create. The fan didn't work properly either. Had to call maintenance to come to fix it and even then it would only work on the lowest setting. There was only a lamp available for lighting in the top bedroom so it was dark and depressing. This was a work trip and it was horrible trying to work in that room. I couldn't work downstairs because my friend is a therapist and was talking in her room. The mattresses in the top room (where the bunk bed are) were incredibly uncomfortable. I guess they were old spring mattresses, they had literally no support. I had to sleep on top of pillows I gathered from other beds for minimum comfort. The instructions said to go to the office in order to pay for a parking pass and swimming pass. I called them for maintenance issues and they never called back. I went up there to pay for a parking pass and swimming pass after calling several times to find out their hours and no one was there. When I went up there, the building across the street said that people are constantly coming over there complaining. The door to the apartment never locked. We called maintenance to come to fix it and they tried but never got it to work. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with someone trying to break in. There was a leak from the dishwasher (that we never even used) so we had maintenance to come and they were able to fix that. We couldn't get in contact with the office to send maintenance requests, as instructed, so we had to send them through the messenger on AirBNB. Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially since there's so much potential with this condo.

I was looking for an inexpensive place so I wasn't expecting the Ritz but this place is a beat down and dirty bug-filled condo advertised as "steps from the sand." It's anything but that, more like a half-mile walk/drive then there's nowhere to park at most public beach access points. The spiral staircase to the kids' room is a safety hazard as the hand rail is plastic and flimsy. Complained about the water being shut off and was given the run around. Very unhelpful hosts! Won't be making this mistake again.
