This 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom loft town home features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. With granite counter tops, updated appliances, brew station, the kitchen is perfect for preparing all your family meals. This unit is furnished with updated furniture, the living room features, flat screened TV and DVD Player.
The master bedroom features a King sized bed, flat screen TV and is adjacent to the downstairs full bathroom with a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and new vanity. Upstairs in the open loft are (2) double beds, TV, and private bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and updated vanity. Amenities of this unit include complimentary WiFi, washer and dryer, and private enclosed patio is great for relaxing after a day at the beach with an outdoor dining table and a grill is provided for guest use.
Horizon South has (4) pools which are heated seasonally. The pool and clubhouse are just steps from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located onsite in this gated community.
This unit is pet friendly up to 15 pounds, so feel free to bring your family dog along on your vacation. Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, has a dog friendly beach and a features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The dryer doesn’t work and the microwave doesn’t work. I was down there for 5 days and couldn’t wash any of the clothes or towels I took to the beach. When I went to check in I had to wait a bit longer because the lady deleted my reservation. If I knew this prior, I would’ve just gotten a hotel for cheaper but I prefer Airbnb because of the more personal amenities like a personal washer and dryer (that work).

This is by far the worst AirBnB unit we have ever stayed in.
LSI doesn't mention prior to booking that you need to pickup actual keys from their office which is more than 6 miles away. In PCB traffic, that is about a 30 minute drive. Then you have to drop them off as well. It's 2021, keyless entry is very affordable.
Upon check in at the complex, the HOA tries to hit you for $5 per wristband they say are mandatory just to walk around the complex.
The ad says "updated furnishing". It looks as if the furniture was picked up from various yard sales about 20 years ago. I'm not even kidding. The King bed were we slept was extremely noisy when just simply getting in and out of bed.
The TV (an actual computer monitor) is what you get in the master bedroom. It's a whopping 21". You can buy a 46" Roku smart tv for less than $200.
The coffee maker needs to be thrown out. It's a strange contraption that doesn't even use a pot.
Bottom line, this place is not fit for a rental program. I own properties that are on rental programs and I would never subject guests to this type of negative experience. I won't even mention the lack of cleaning. My wife had to call right when we checked in to complain about it and they offered to come back and clean, but that's just inconvenient for the guests.
Last thing: Regarding pets. I sent a message upon booking to notify that we were bringing our dogs. I mentioned their weight (all very small) and their ages to show they are mature.
The post mentions that if you don't disclose pets you will be evicted and charged $250.
To my surprise, I was still charged $250 for my dogs, but it wasn't disclosed to me until I was on my way to pickup the keys. They could have responded to my message that was sent weeks in advance and let me know the cost. I may have decided to board the dogs instead.

I wouldn't book with this company. No wifi the whole trip, there are added fees with parking and wristbands that must be worn on property. You have to drive 12 miles to pick up the keys and drop them back off. Not 1 pot holder in the kitchen or enough towels for 6. The place needed a deep clean, carpet stunk. parking is a nightmare and you pay $25 to park.
