Very nice two bedroom, two bath townhouse, located at the south end of Horizon South. This unit sleeps 8 and features a queen bed in the master, (2) doubles in the loft, and a queen size sofa sleeping in the living room.

This unit sleeps 8 and features a king bed in the master, (2) doubles in the loft, and a queen size sofa sleeping in the living room. The living and dining area is quite spacious with flat screen television, DVD player and a dining table that seats 4. Other features include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and a private patio.
Horizon South has 4 pools which are heated seasonally. Guests can relax in the hot tubs, or challenge each other to a game of tennis, shuffleboard or putt-putt, which are all located onsite. Complimentary WiFi is also at the clubhouse for guest use. Pier Park, only 2 miles from Horizon South, features shopping, entertainment and dining. A local grocery store and Walmart are also conveniently located to this condominium complex. Situated on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, you are just moments from championship golf, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park and Gulf World Marine Park. You will be in the center of it all, but a world away!

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

I booked very last minute and she was quick to accept it. The condos are numbered weird so it was a little difficult to locate it when we first arrived. The pools were a little cloudy. But the walk to the beach was only 5 minutes. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and blankets. Over all I would absolutely stay there again.

The only reason this place even gets one star is because I had to click something. This was by far the worst Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Pictures are very misleading. So don’t be fooled. The host did the absolute bare minimum in regards to everything. The place was not cleaned. There was urine in the toilet along with dried urine and a seashell behind the toilet. Sand in between a the folds of the mattress. A roach waiting for us. The chairs at the table were gross. Looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in quite some time. Stains on every pillow. No pillow covers whatsoever and that was just so gross to me. Thank God we bring our own pillows and things. Very outdated. Didn’t have a single pot to use. Only frying pans and they were very small. Just imagine try to cook taco meat for a family of 7 in a little bitty frying pan. The dishwasher didn’t work properly, along with the garbage disposal not working at all. The water would come up in the sink if you tried to use the dishwasher and leave this horrendous smell. All the host could say is “We’ll submit a work order”. They wouldn’t even respond to Airbnb support when they tried to reach out about resolving the issue.
The best thing about this place is the location. It’s close to all the beaches and Pier Park which has everything you need.
We use Airbnb a good bit and this place was anything but our “home away from home”.

Ask about wrist bands. I didn't know there was an additional cost per wrist band... $20 each for guests ages 5 and up. We liked here better than The Wharf because it was quieter and we didn't have to wait 15 minutes for an elevator.

The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad, pools were clean, the condo itself a little dated but cute, upstairs beds not so comfortable, main bedroom bed was great , pillow were to flat and not enough towels provided, as well as we were not able to check in on time so we lost time that we paid for as well. Lications is great but this condo needs a DEEP cleaning and major upgrades. Beds are worn out, fixtures broken, tile floors cracked. You are better off staying in an OLD motel 6. Place wasn't clean when we arrived, dirty towels still on the floor and dead frog in the corner. Keep searching...you can find something better

We are pleased with our stay at Horizon South with Lsi's management. He communicated quickly and flexibly with us (he accommodated a change in dates that were beyond our control) and gave us the information we needed to enter the condo and access Wifi. The condo was in good condition and quite adequate for four adults. The ocean and beach decor made the condo feel just right. We enjoyed our stay!

The check in process was great and easy! The space was perfect for our family and the walk to the beach was quick. While we were there one of the pools were out of commission. Also, when we got there the place wasn’t as cleaned as it should be (especially when paying a cleaning fee). There was a beer bottle left on a side table behind the lamp, a red solo shot cup on top of the fan, and we had to wipe out the fridge from when the previous guests were there(something leaked on the shelves and in the drawers). We also messaged the property company because there was a stain on the master comforter. We wanted to report it so it wouldn’t be counted against us but also so we could get a new comforter. They said someone would be by but no one came. I would rate it 2.5 stars.

Our stay was 2 stars at most. I have always had great experiences with Airbnb until now. When we got there at 2:30pm, the previous guests that were supposed to be out by 10am were still there. Our check in time was 4pm, but They said if we did not check in on time we would not be able to check in until the next day. This did not leave much time for cleaning of the place. Amazing Location! It was the perfect size for our family of four to stay for Spring Break, without the craziness of the busy and loud hotels.
