This 1 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo features all the amenities of home. The fully equipped kitchen is great for preparing all your meals. This unit is furnished with new televisions in the living room and bedroom, queen sofa sleeper, bunk beds and a private master bedroom.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV & DVD player and attached bathroom. Amenities of this unit include washer and dryer, and a private enclosed patio that is great for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Horizon South has (4) pools, which are heated seasonally. The pools and clubhouse are just a short walk from this unit. Guests can relax in the hot tubs or spend some time on the tennis courts, challenge each other to shuffle board and enjoy putt-putt which are all located onsite of this gated community.
Pier Park, only 2 miles away from Horizon South, features shopping, dining and entertainment. Situated in the center of Panama City Beach, you are just moments away from championship golf courses, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Gulf World Marine Park.
Parking Fee - $25.00 per vehicle / Property bands - $20.00 per person over the age 5 due at check in

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Our stay Horrible. We could not stay in the condo because the roach infestation was so horrible. They were everywhere. There was no WiFi. Which means you couldn’t even watch tv. 4 days into our vacation they finally had a subcontractor come out and look at the WiFi and said that the problem was the owner did not pay the bill and the service was suspended from nonpayment. Exterminator never came out. Still can’t get a hold of anyone. I have picture to prove how bad the roaches were. It was absolutely disgusting. We couldn’t even spend time in the condo because of it. We spent 1500 on a place to stay that we couldn’t even use. Do not waste your money!!!

Great place to stay. Just across the road to the beach. The onsite amenities were great, but for $20 per person the only thing we could use was the pool. They didn't provide any golf balls or putters for mini golf. No tennis rackets, no basketballs, no shuffleboard equipment etc. Also said parking was free, but you have to pay another $25.
Inside the condo was clean and plenty of bedding. Be prepared to bring alot of extra things from home that was not provided like hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, extra trash bags, extra toilet paper. As a family of 6 staying for 5 days we were only provided with 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper. Absolutely nothing was in the fridge and cookware and utensils were bare minimum. Not enough plates for all of us to use in one setting.

This place was awesome for our little group of 5 loved having the pool so close and an easy walk to the beach if you don't bring a lot of stuff. The kitchen supply situation was a little weird but if you pick up some disposable pans and bring a decent sized mixing bowl you should have everything you need!

The photos are a bit out of date, they’ve definitely updated the place and it was wonderful! Check in and out was easy and the host was super responsive. The beach is an easy walk across the street and there was food access and pool access within walking distance. We loved this place and would definitely stay again!

This is a great space! It was very clean, close to the beach, has a nice balcony, and friendly neighbors. It is also updated from the pictures with a TV that has streaming options. We enjoyed our stay! The pool and beach were very close and within walking distance. The condo had some nice upgrades with new flooring, TVs, and decor. The community was gated and we felt safe during our stay. The neighbors were very friendly! Very affordable accommodations!
