This non-smoking unit is located in the desired south end of the Horizon South complex, a gated community. Only a short 3 minute stroll to PCB will start your beach vacation!
This 1 Bedroom plus bunk, 1.5 bathroom condo features all the amenities of home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances installed for your convenience, making food preparation easy and a comfortable dining space. This unit has upgraded, modern furniture with a coastal influence throughout the rooms. The living room sectional sofa has a queen sleeper with a very comfortable air mattress, flat screen TV, and DVD player and various movies DVD selections are provided for you in the unit. Assorted board/card games are also available for your convenience. There is a dining table seats 2 people and easily enlarges to seat 4 with attached drop down leaves. Additional seating is available at the breakfast bar for 3 people.
The master bedroom features a beautiful King sized bed and flat screen TV. The bedroom has a private sink and connects to the full bathroom with a combination shower/tub and upgraded, massaging shower head. Built in twin sized bunk beds are in the hallway. Amenities of this unit include washer and dryer and outdoor patio seating for all those lazy days and beautiful sunsets.
Horizon South has 4 pools, one of which is heated seasonally. Guests can relax in the hot tubs, or challenge each other to a game of tennis, shuffleboard or putt-putt, which are all located onsite. Complimentary WiFi is available in the unit. Pier Park, only 2 miles from Horizon South, features shopping, entertainment and dining. A local grocery store and Walmart are also conveniently located to this condominium complex. Situated on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, you are just moments from championship golf, deep sea fishing charters, St. Andrew's State Park, Frank Brown Park and Gulf World Marine Park. You will be in the center of it all, but a world away!

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Great place for the price. Beaches are easily accessible and the staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. The only thing I can complain about is that the property amenities that are advertised like putt putt, shuffle boards, and pool tables, can only be used if you provide your own equipment. I understand not having community equipment for everyone to share due to COVID, but there should at least be a note for guest to bring their own equipment (who even has their own shuffle board equipment though lol?). It was a very minor inconvenience and overall was a great stay. Would definitely book again my

The sink didn't work in the bedroom but that didn't inconvenience us much the biggest thing was the dirtiness. It was as if someone had literally just left. The floors were bad dirty and the couch was moist. The pillows decorative pillows had white stains on them which grossed me out. I know the owners probably just hire a cleaning company to come in between guest but it was bad. Everything else was good like it was an okay trip

This is a great place just a couple of minutes walk to the gulf. It's probably 2-3 miles to Pier Park and all the best restaurants and stores. It really was a great location. Also, the bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. One small tip... bring your own potholders. There were none in the kitchen but everything else imaginable that you would need was provided.

The condo was very nice and had everything i needed from dishes to pots and pans to the coffee pot. My kids absolutely loved their bunk bed and a double bathroom was perfect. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It really felt like home away from home. It rained alot while we was their so we had to spend more time at the condo then we had planned but inbetween spounts of rain the kids enjoyed time in the pool and we enjoyed time on the covered balcony that over looked the pool. Highly recommended

The unit was adequate. The counters in the kitchen were formica and hard to keep clean. There was a red drink stain from a previous renter. I am a little OCD and felt the need to keep trying to get the stain up.

Interior of the unit was great. The beach was literally right across the street from the resort. Enjoyed the whirlpool, pool and mini-golf. Complex is a little dated but who cares 🙂

Great home! Fully equipped. Plenty of room (we had 2 adults and 2 children) and all the amenities of home. Great location. Very comfortable. The beds are Awesome! Apartment is clean. Located close to the beach and restaurants. Very nicely furnished. Plenty of towels for your shower needs. It was great having a washer and dryer for the week. We went home with NO dirty clothes. A few simple suggestions for owner and property management to consider: WiFi is almost mandatory for every overnight accommodation these days. The shower curtain liner definitely needs to be replaced in the very near future. Housekeeping needs to remember to wash rugs in bathrooms and the carpet in the bedroom could use a steam clean. We would definitely consider this property again. Thanks for a great vacation!!
"Spring Break with the Ladies"
Four of us ladies drove down from Indiana after a long winter to enjoy a wonderful week at Panama City Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the condo. It had many amenities to make our visit VERY pleasant. We enjoyed time at the beach which was a very short walk, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner in the full kitchen of the condo and riding bicycles around to various activities. The condo's location was very convenient to restaurants, Pier Park, as well as the lovely white sands of the beach. We recommend staying at this wonderful location and hope to visit again very soon.

Quiet and comfortable is the best way to describe our experience. Also many great activities in and around the pleasant condo setting. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Spent many hours basking in the sun on the balcony or strolling the pristine beach. Our second visit with, hopefully, many more to come .

From the convenience of the keyless entry at the condo entrance to the sunny balcony at the other end, everything was excellent. Roomy and comfortable furniture in bedroom and living area complemented the fully equipped kitchen. Outside was a well maintained complex with friendly residents, both permanent and vacationing temporary. Outside activities within the complex were plentiful and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants and family activities were close by and plentiful. There was a short walk to a pristine beach, perfect for a daily stroll or just relaxing on the clean white sand. All in all a wonderful experience all around.

We are in the end of our vacation here over the holiday and I had to write a review.....SO WONDERFUL. ThIs condo was perfect: clean, modern and a great coastal feel. The main bedroom king size bed was so very comfortable and the furniture throughout was Tommy Bahama, so great! Our family of 5 was very comfortable, and we have teenage boys. Kitchen well supplied and roomy living area for all to stretch out. I took full advantage of the balcony every morning with my coffee. Sunny, beautiful, quiet. All the residents/visitors super nice and I liked that it was gated. The stroll to the beach was nothing since this is at the front...toes in the sand in less than 3 minutes. I heard the waves the first night we arrived. Loved every minute of this trip and can't wait to return at this unit. It is a new rental property and you can tell. Very nice. Our reservation process was a breeze. Every question immediately answered. A++
