Horizon South unit 78D is your home away from home! This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit can sleep up to 4 people and is on the second floor. This unit features a master bedroom with queen bed and twin built-in bunks in the hallway.
Start your Gulf getaway with this lovely Horizon South condo as your home base. You'll feel right at home in this second-floor home with its subtle coastal decor with pops of bright blue and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy peaceful mornings on your private furnished balcony with picturesque scenery and the big, blue sky. Later, you'll be able to prepare intricate meals in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. The unit also has a new washer and dryer as of April 2024.
A boogie board, mini-golf balls and putters, two beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are available for guest use. After a fun day filled with sand and surf, fall asleep in the comfort of the central air-conditioning and get ready for a new day of adventure. A sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space.
Horizon South is located on the coveted west end of Panama City Beach, a short walk across the street from where you can access the private Emerald Coast beach. Choose from four large pools and hot tubs, or head to the children's pool with your younger guests. Challenge your friends in the mini-golf area or on the tennis and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse, you can access an exercise room and pool tables (pool cues not provided).
Should you want to explore, you'll be within walking distance of several gift shops and top-tier restaurants. The bustling Pier Park is only one and a half miles away and offers amusement park rides, restaurants, shopping, and an Imax movie theater. Frank Brown Park, a premier 200-acre facility hosting numerous sports and events, is also just down the road.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Place was great. It was close to pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, basketball court, etc.
We felt the place lacked some of the “little extras” that make staying at an airbnb convenient (i.e., we had to bring our own beach towels, pickle ball paddles/balls, & cards/games/puzzles). We were appreciative of the dishwashing soap/detergent available.

Proximity to the beach was good but place had a poor view. The place was clean for the most part but the bedroom mattress was horrible, get ready for aches and pains. Overall value for the rental was not good compared to other places we've stayed in the area. We definitely did not like having to pay an extra $20 per person upon check-in.
Great stay, convenient to pools, short walk to the beach. Contacted Lsi and received a response in minutes. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
This was our first AirBnb experience and we weren't disappointed. The location was great, gated community was a plus with having 2 small children and literally a few feet from pool. Condo looks just as pictured, was super inviting and comfortable. The washer/drier in unit was major bonus and super pleasing. would definitely book again.
Honest Review 4 Stars: (Overall Stay was good)
Pros:
- Location was amazing, Quick Travel to Pier Park.
- 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach. (That is nothing, and easy)
- 3 pools located inside " A Gated" Horizon Condos Community.
- Tennis Courts, and Basketball Courts
- Located on upstairs ( I Prefer Upstairs, than Bottom Floor Personally)
- Television (We never watched it anyways, but its convenient for kids)
- King Size Bed, and Bunk Beds easy for the kids. Updated Bathroom.
- Quiet at night.
Cons: (Note this is tedious stuff)
- MATRESSES AND BEDDING Need to be updated ASAP. Its old, not comfy, we dont live in the year 1988 anymore. Update It.
- Broom looks like its from a garage sell. Replace it. Cost $12 at walmart to upgrade.
- Pots, and Pans need to be replaced. I rather cook than go out to eat. I used what was provided.
- Make sure Pots, Pans, Cups ect, are clean. I shouldn't have to clean it.
- Provide Sponges, cleaner (409 for example), and TRASHBAGS. I bought them to clean, but would be a plus if it was there already.
*Note I could've reached out for sponges, cleaner, and trashbags; But I'm not wasting neither of our time for the cost total of $7 that I can buy. I did not used the dishwasher, everything was handwashed.
Overall (Would go back, just update the mattresses)
Super convenient location to restaurants and beach access. Kid friendly. The bunk beds had built in night lights on the headboards which our children loved. Super clean.

This condo is in a great location! Super close to the beach and right across from one of the complex pools. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay again!
The space was clean and easy to get to. The complex is quiet and very close to the beach with easy access on foot. The pools where nice! If you are a big coffee drinker make sure you stop before you check in for some essentials.

Great location and value. Beach was perfect. If you rent chairs through the sandpiper beacon, they will also serve you drinks and food right to you on the beach.

Great place to stay near the beach.
It was clean, smelled good. A short walk to the pool and not so far to the beach. I’m a disabled vet with a recent knee replacement and I was able to park near the entrance and just walk across the street to the beach. Unit is upstairs, spacious, well equipped and was enough for me, my wife and four kids. Would definitely revisit.
Nice lil spot, close to beach
Lsi was a fabulous host, with a spacious unit that was walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the tennis courts although we didn’t have time to visit any of the onsite pools or fitness center.
Looking forward to doing it next time and would definitely stay at Lsi’s place again!
