Horizon South is located at the Horizon South Condominiums at 17462 Front Beach Road on the west end of the beach. This unit is right across from all the amenities such as pool, putt putt, etc. This unit will sleep 4 It has 1 king and a sleeper. It has a full kitchen. This unit does not have a washer/dryer. Horizon South has so much for the kids to do right on site. Rent this great condo and have the time of your life.
Armbands: $20.00 each per 7 days
Parking Passes: $25.00 per vehicle (maximum of 2) per 10 days
Trailer / Oversized Vehicle: $40.00 each per 10 days

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Great condo not far from the beach. It’s about an 8-10 minute walk from door to water. We loved going to the pools and that the place offered shuffle board, mini golf, tennis, basketball and had swings. The condo was clean when we arrived with clear instructions, we were even able to check in a few hours early. Host was responsive. Condo had mostly everything we needed but a few items weren’t there that we thought might be helpful like wash cloths and a scrubber for dishes. Great location, about 15 minutes from pier, there is a restaurant in walking distance, and a grocery store less than 2 miles away. We loved it here and would definitely come back!

The kitchen was very well stocked with dish ware. The place was nice and quiet. One drawback was no Wi-Fi - even though there’s a Wi-Fi router right there by the tv; they could set up a guest Wi-Fi. There were no washcloths or dish rags, only towels. Overall a good place to stay while visiting the beaches of Florida.

This was perfect for a family of 3 very comfortable and cozy. My only complaint was that the managing property company sent us to their office (1hr detour) only to get there and find out that Horizon South has its own office for parking tag and wristband. It is about 8 minute walk to the beach. The property has mini golf, billiards, and shuffle board but you have to bring your own equipments. Still overall a great location and wonderful family trip.

Would definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Short driving distance to a grocery store and also Pier Park. Close driving distance from ECP airport. Great kitchen amenities with all well working appliances. Air conditioning and hot water worked great. The people around the community were so friendly. Enjoyed this little home very much.
