Long Beach T1 600

This condo was the nastiest we have ever stayed in! Food on the floor, dried spills all over the kitchen floor, wall of mirrors were covered in smears of who knows what. There were live and dead roaches. Vents and furniture were covered in dust. The coffee filter was full of coffee and mold! Dishwasher was filled with dishes! Light bulbs were out throughout the condo and electrical outlets didn’t work. Television in one bedroom did not work. The sliding door from living room to balcony was impossible to open. Had to access from bedrooms. Soaker tub was disgusting, and had no stopper.
There is major construction going on at this resort. We were NOT told in advance when we booked the room. There is no beach access from this condo due to the construction. Our check in information did not include the code for the beach access from the second condo we could access through.
We tried to call the management company about all of these issues, sent an email and even tried sending a chat message! NEVER heard back from anyone!!
I would not recommend this condo unit or this management company to anyone!!
Sad to spend this amount of money for such poor service and filth!!

Beautiful view needs balcony door fixed we couldn’t get it to open

Very nice place, comfortable beds, decently clean, sliding glass door is pretty hard to open. Seems as if that will be an issue that’s not fixed (I reached out about it and owner didn’t seem too concerned) walking distance to pineapple Willy’s and other shops. Not crowded which was great for with two little kids. Overall a very nice place, just needs minor improvements.

This unit was DEPLORABLE. Before we even got to the unit, the HOA lady (where you had to go get your parking pass) said… “oh wow, I didn’t think they were still renting that unit” and I said “well, that’s scary” and she said “well they just need to fix some things. Fast forward to getting up to the unit. Upon opening the door we saw… mysterious liquid and smears on the mirrors, unclean bathrooms, curtain rods ripped out of the walls, art fallen off the walls. A recliner in the living room that appeared to have blood stains on it. None of the beds had mattress protectors, king bed had red stains on the sheets, and one of the queen beds was missing a sheet altogether. Then we started to notice the black mold on some of the fabric chairs. Black mold on the exhaust in the bathroom. A red hazmat trash can in the master bathroom filled with sandy beach toys that REEKED of marijuana. King bed smelled of marijuana. King bathtub had soap scum and had not been cleaned. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!

The place was beautiful !! despite the broken decor or the jammed door the place is close to everything you get a great view

Location was good. But patio amenity not being there was a HUGE bummer. I would have chosen someplace else. Pots and pans were awful and no baking sheet but brought new pans and baking sheets. Rusty curtain rod and paint peeling. Bed was comfortable.

Overall the condo was clean and the location was great…the only negative I can say is that the sliding glass door that leads out on the balcony literally takes like 2 people to open! It is extremely hard to open and the patio furniture needs updating! Also only a sheet was provided for the pullout couch so my guest didn’t have a blanket other than that we enjoyed our stay..condo is great location and view is nice!

Already looking forward to next year here.
Our family had a wonderful time at this condo.
Be sure to check in on a week day between 8 and 4 so you aren’t constantly questioned by security. Loved the security though, they definitely keep the place safe. We checked in on Saturday and couldn’t get parking pass or wristbands until Monday. We could still swim at the pools and park but had to go through showing them reservation on this app each time.
Condo was clean and comfy with spacious rooms and nice beds.
Huge balcony with a large table
Table and chairs could be replaced with new due to lots of rust on them and a few small legs on one chair were missing.
Bathrooms were huge and clean top to bottom.

Our family of 8 had a great vacation. Checkout instructions were not overwhelming.

Location is great and setup of this condo is great! However, we were greeted with many roaches when we arrived, sandy sheets, and bugs in the shower. The sliding glass door in the living room doesn’t want to open and the locks for the bed room balcony doors are really tough too! And some lightbulbs need to be replaced. This place has great potential but needs a bit of updating..

Nice condo within walking distance to lots of things to do, fast easy checkin

Looked just like the pictures. If planning to cook you may want to bring your own supplies. Large pots and bowls were limited. Needed general maintenance (several light bulbs out) and could have supplied an extra roll of toilet paper. Other than these minor items place was clean and comfortable.

Beach front gem!!!

Beautiful view and easy beach access! The place was as described. It did seem that the floors could use a mop and the dishes in the cabinet had to be washed before using (would have probably washed them anyway, but these were definitely not clean.) Would have also loved to have more pans for cooking and kitchen tools. There was only a dish towel left for use - no dish washing cloth - which could explain the dirty dishes in the cabinet. We DID have a great time and once again the view was awesome!!

Beautiful condo with washer and dryer in the unit. Beds we so comfortable! There was an amazing view of the ocean from both rooms and the living room area as well. The balcony was nice and had comfy chairs to relax in. All three hot tubs were working and two heated outdoor pools in November was quite a nice surprise! Loved it!

Had a great stay! Condo was very nice with a beautiful location and ocean view. Communication with the owner was excellent! Thank you!

Place was awesome! Floor to ceiling windows were amazing to watch the sunset! Perfect beach getaway for me and my friends

The location was great. My family and I enjoyed looking out to the ocean.

Beware! Location is good. Beach front on the 6th floor. Was not clean. Furniture is old and smelled. Linens were just gross.
Beds are fairly new and comfortable.
Communication with LSI was not good. Poor follow up or no follow up with issues.

Condo was very clean, and ease getting out and into the condo was a breeze! Elevators are fast which is a plus for us! Will stay again

Long Beach Resort condos all have very large rooms, every room has a magnificent view of the beach, and every room has access to the extra large balcony! Excellent location convenient to everything and the pool is gorgeous! An outstanding place for our annual family beach vacation!
