Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

The rooms were not as listed. There were supposed to be two rooms with two sets of bunk beds (8 beds total) and there was one room with two twin beds and one room with a single set of bunk beds (2 beds total). We had to put someone on the futon, which was in an alcove and not in an actual room. Kitchen was missing some essential utensils (only 1 spatula, knives were very dull) and had excessive amounts of others (3 coffee pots, ridiculous amounts of silverware). The beach shower by the pool did not function (no connection to hose).
It would have been nice to know that the driveway was around the side of the building, instead of in front.
The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the porch. Nice having so many bathrooms and house provided beach towels! House stayed nice and cool and was quite close to the beach. There is a lot to do within 15 minutes of driving! Even with having 11 people in the house, the water stayed warm in the house while everyone showered.

The house design and location was awesome. The private pool came in handy on days the ocean was rough. With that being said, my family and I, along with friends stayed in this home for a week and were very unhappy with it. For the amount of money we spent we expected a certain level of care and service that was not reached. The lower level, where bedrooms were located, the ac unit was broken which we were not told prior to checking in; which they knew about because they had parts on order for it. The WiFi was not working, they had a new router on order for that as well. The biggest issue we had was that the home was infested with cockroaches. We killed at least 10. They were massive. I even had one on me in bed. At that point, I lost all interest in sleeping. There were other issues that I have stated to the lease company so I hope they get the issues fixed for the next person coming in. We were very disappointed in the home considering the amount of money we spent to stay there.
