The master bedroom has jacuzzi tub.The unit features all tile floors. The unit is 1650 square feet with 2 master bedrooms on the water. You also have 500 square feet of patio overlooking the Emerald Green water of the ocean. Two covered parking spaces come with this unit. You will love sitting on your balcony watching the dolphins play and marveling at the beautiful sunsets. This unit is in the heart of Panama City Beach, withing walking distance to everything, yet it is a quiet and a low density building. The building has a sauna and steam room near the pool. Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The home overall was ok. Could be cleaned better. They left a broken glass table top on the kitchen table tapped back together. My brother cut 2 of his fingers all the way to the bone and had to be rushed to the hospital to get stitches. Now it seems to be an issue to get compensation for something that could have been prevented. And we spent our last 2 nights in the ER. THE GLASS NEEDS TO BE THROWN OUT BEFORE SOMEONE ELSE GETS HURT!!!

There were issues with cleanliness of the condo. The microfiber sofa was filthy so we did not feel comfortable using the pull out bed which was listed as the 6th bed. The shower curtains were moldy. Lastly, gross stains on the mattress pad. We took pictures to show what we experience.

Sorry but this is well over priced for what you get. First off we couldn’t check in at 4 because the cleaning lady was there because the previous people soaked everything. Then we get in an notice how dirty the floors were, you couldn’t even walk on the floors without shoes because your feet would turn solid black. One bathroom had no shower curtain, rod or liner. I finally found it shoved behind a old blanket in the closet, it smelled like mildew/piss once I pulled it out and the rod was chipped so it wouldn’t stay up. The fridge took about 1-2 days to get cold enough to keep things actually cold. The couches looked like they were pulled from a frat house. Stained, wet, black spots. Just down right disgusting. On the patio is a huge round table for guest to sit around. But don’t touch it because it’s literally balancing on a tiny little end table, so it spins and can flip off so easily. This is a serious safety hazard especially if you have kids. The sliding door to the balcony didn’t lock either. Another safety hazard for kids. You’re also supposed to be wearing wrist bands at all times for this place to access pools etc. none were left for us so everyday we had to explain to maintenance staff that our host had not left any. We were left with no codes to access the gym and Sauna, and no there is not a steam room as listed on the amenities. I had to go out and buy a blanket to sleep with because the comforter looked like it was from 1960. The washing machine had black mold ALL OVER and reeked! The dishwasher is old and filthy too with mold in the crevices. I will not advise staying here for the cost. I was truly shocked and disappointed. We also called 3 times about bands but no answer even tho it was a holiday weekend.. I mean there isn’t any one to service your guest?? This place needs a total haul and DEEP CLEAN. I’m disappointed to say the least...

The condo was exactly as described. It accommodated the family and very spacious with an awesome view. There is some construction going on in the building that we were not aware of until we parked. They started early so there was no sleeping in. Parking was not clear, the parking pass and information is given did not match and were confusing. The room was not clean. We had to wash linens and bedding before use. There were no trash bags and limited toilet paper (half rolls no extras). We did notice the previous guest left articles behind and they remain there such as trash, earings, etc.
