As you enter the home into the living room, you will find updated furnishings, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, iPod dock station and ample space for your family gathers. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with glass top table and seating for 6 People. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing your family meals.
The main floor features a half bathroom and the first guest bedroom which has 2 twin beds, flat screen TV and access to the private screened in porch. The outside patio has table and chairs which is great for outdoor dining.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with King sized bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The master bedroom will have a private balcony with chairs perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The guest bedroom is located across the hallway and will have queen sized bed, flat screen TV and also has access to covered balcony. You will also find a sitting area with queen size futon and TV - this is a great area for kids. The guest bathroom will have a combination shower and tub.
Other amenities of this home include washer and dryer, cable TV, and complimentary WiFi.
The home is situated in the gated La Valencia private community on Front Beach Road. It's a safe and quiet community with a lighted tennis court. La Valencia offers its own gated private beach access and a beach front pool exclusively for La Valencia guests. Beach access and pool are just a 3 minute walk from the home.
This home is only a 5 minute drive to Rosemary Beach, Inlet Beach, Seacrest and Alys Beach. Pier Park is located 10 minutes away which features shopping, dining and entertainment.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

We stayed at another home owned/ran by someone else in that neighborhood so when that was booked we were relieved to see another home in the same neighborhood. Upon arrival it was explained that there were 2 spots per unit (they divided one house into 2 units) and there were 2 cars parked in the driveway (1 in our spot). You cannot fit 2 vehicles on each side (claiming 2 vehicles per unit, 4 total).
The AC didn’t work, it was between 74 and 80 degrees every day and we sent numerous follow ups requesting help and “maintenance was going to be contacted each time & never once showed up. One of the TVs was broken upstairs and they were immediately notified, but that was never addressed either. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal but one of our members in the party got sick and spent three days in bed, but had no TV to watch.
Every time we would check in, we would just get told maintenance was being notified, but no one ever showed up. Not worth the $ since the full house was cheaper

Great location and plenty of space for our group of 6. It wasn’t warm enough to use quite yet, but the beachfront pool was an added bonus. It was so nice to live right across from the beach and have a private access. We would definitely return!

Great home with well-equipped kitchen and wonderful screened porches off each bedroom. Upstairs there is a central space with a daybed and trundle that we used as a 4th sleeping area so everyone had their own space. Beach is an easy 3 min walk and was never crowded. You will need a car or uber to get to the grocery store, which is only about 8 minutes away. We were a bit disappointed that as guests we could not use the central pool, but the beach-front pool was nice and we spent some time there. We enjoyed our week in this home and would definitely consider coming back.
