Unit A 204 is located on the second floor of building A and features a King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom and a new sofa bed in the living room. This unit features seaside decor, new furniture and new kitchen appliances. Peachtree Place is designed with large porches and rocking chairs, recapturing the simple carefree times of ‘Old Florida’. Enjoy swimming pools, access to beaches, sportcourt, horseshoes, biking, walking and much more.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Overall the place was a great find for our week stay in PCB! My only complaint would be that the house was not stocked with trash bags, laundry detergent or seasonings so you will definitely need to buy some or bring some. Also the ice maker did not work in the freezer so be prepared to buy ice. Other than those minor inconveniences, I would definitely revisit, especially with the 3 minute walk to the beach!!

We loved being so close to the beach! Very convenient if you have kids and if the weather gets bad to have a quick walk right back to the condo. Lots of space and the pool was never packed with people. My family had a great time.

This was a great stay! A 2 minute walk to the beach, affordable, comfortable and homey, and has everything you need for a vacation.

Arrived to dirty dishes & no face clothes, yet they charge $195. cleaning fee. Ridiculous you have to drive 30mins.each way out of the way to retrieve a paper from a lockbox that gives you access code to condo. Could be sent in email or text.
Nightly rate low, but they tack on additional BS charges so actually paying double per night.

Excellent location - you can see the ocean from the porch and the beach access is right across the property
The beach seemed much less crowded than the other end of the strip
The condo in general is not as updated as others in the area, but the unit was clean, quiet, and gave us plenty of space.

After paying air bnb for stay lsi try’s to get 8.5 percent more for insurance
They require you to drive 1hour round trip, to their office for parking pass and door combination , they could just as easily leave passes in unit and send unit combo at check in time, very slow communication, I had to contact air bnb to get response from lsi

Absolutely amazing stay! The location is perfect - especially with little ones and not wanting to walk too far. Condo had everything we needed. Neighbors were wonderful! I would suggest bringing an eye mask for sleeping - the street lights in the master bedroom were pretty bright during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect!
