Quiet and in a good location. perfect for what we needed for the stay in pcb

The location was perfect! The condo was just a few steps from the beach and the pool! That was very nice. It was very spacious and had plenty of parking. The only thing I could recommend would be upgrading the carpet and the couch; the couch bed was very old and uncomfortable. All in all, we would stay again 🙂

Excellent location. A short walk across the street to the beach and pool right outside the unit.

Great access to property pool and the beach.
The couch sofa sleepee was not ideal for two adults due to the mattress age and springs along with two thin sheets of paneling type material for support.
Had we booked for only four adults, it would have been perfect because the two bedrooms had nice size beds.
The two bedrooms had access to patio.
There was plenty of dishes, pots and pans to utilize.
Lots of furniture/ almost to much for the living area.

Good place for a short trip.

Right when you walk through the door you feel at home. Very family friendly. Host was very responsive. Pool is a few steps over from front door, nice front and back porch. Easy access and walk to the beach was a bonus!

Great place - walking distance to the beach, comfortable. Quiet area, on the ground floor. Easy access. Owner is very responsive.

Loved how close this was to the beach! And when they say this is a family place they mean it! Pool was very quiet and peaceful! Walk to the beach was perfect! And right next door to one of the shops!

Beautiful home but there were a lot of bugs inside the condo. Most of them were dead but we did find them in the kitchen cabinets. We stayed for a week and were only given one trash bag, paper towel and 3 rolls of toilet paper. It was a bit frustrating to have to go buy a bunch of household appliances like that. They were upfront about what was given so that was at least helpful! Overall, you could tell that this place holds a lot of memories and happiness which was great to be apart of!

This place was right across the street from the beach and looked just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and it was an easy check in. We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to book this condo again next year!

Location was excellent. The apartment was comfortable. Good out couch needs some work but the kids ended up sleeping in the floor. They loved that the pool was right next to the apartment! We would definitely return!

Great stay and close to the beach!

The place was close to the beach however there are a few cons on this property.
1. The Airbnb has a weird smell inside which btw the smell stuck to our clothes and things. It smelled like a musty and molded closet.
2. The fan in the main bedroom is creating a loud noise to the point where we cant even sleep at night because it was loud
3. All furnitures were wickers and uncomfortable
4. The TV in all rooms are tiny af. My computer monitor is bigger than the TV at the Airbnb
5. The decor of the Airbnb is ancient. It’s not up to date whatsoever. La quinta hotel is actually good looking than this. The pictures on Airbnb looked way better than it actually was.
6. The service fee was $100 and cleaning fee is $200 which is extremely high given the look of the place. If it had freshener or the place was not dusty I wouldn’t mind paying $200 for cleaning fee. We were all sneezing and congested due to how dusty the place is. Would not recommend being here if you’re looking for quality
7. The check in process is stup!d because they could’ve just sent us the code via email and left the parking pass inside the house. You have to go out of your way to grab the keys. The office is about 15-20mins away from the property

I would really recommend this place is very nice cozy comfortable I’m definitely coming back !!!

Great location. Very small and the wifi didn’t work the whole time we were there, but as long as you just need a rental walking distance to the beach this is perfect.

Will most definitely recommend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. We loved it!

Front door would be better with safety night latch for children. This is a very convenient place with no stairs.

Very clean and great location across the street from the beach. Only downside was having to go pick up a packet from managers office to access the condo. Took extra time i hadn't planned..... would have liked packet to be in condo and just have access code sent to me so we could have gone straight to condo.

Perfect place for an affordable stay and a group that just needs somewhere to comfortably rest! Right next to pool and across the street from the beach. Spacious restrooms and patio area in the front and back.

Had the best time at Peachtree condo B101 .. The condo is perfect!! Location of the condo we loved ..
The only thing was when we got there the condo wasn't clean the way I thought it should be .. But was offered to have the cleaning company to come back ..
Beside that little issue we Loved the condo !!
And I will be calling to see if we can book it in October..
