The large kitchen with updated cabinetry, granite countertops, and updated appliances will provide ample space to prepare your family meals. You will find this unit is perfect for your family getaway! The living room has plenty of seating with flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen size sofa sleeper.

The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV with updated private bathroom which features hower/tub combination. The guest bedroom will have 1 full bed and 1 twin bed. The guest bathroom is newly remodeled and is located in the hallway with walk-in shower.

Relax and enjoy the view of the lake from the living room or enjoy the beautiful sunset from the master bedroom balcony which also overlooks one of the onsite pools.

Other amenities of this unit include washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi. Pinnacle Port has 2 onsite pools, one which is heated in the winter, tennis courts, children's playground, shuffleboard, water sport rentals, docks and exercise room.

Cancellation Policy

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.

All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Pinnacle Port is fantastic. That said….

This listing does not have a bath (important for families with small children) and listing said bath, the dishwasher doesn’t clean and ice maker doesn’t make ice. Master shower use results in soaking wet bathroom floor. We also had to make a bed bug claim with Airbnb. Airbnb handled well.

If it was t Pinnacle Port I’d give 1 star.

It is a beautiful small size apartment for a family. Loved the sliding door with a open ocean view from the bedroom. no need to go any other beach when you are already there. I turly had a wonderful time.

All in all I would say a decent stay and I would stay again. The unit had upgraded but needs some fine tuning to the upgrades that have been done. The management company did very well at providing messages and responding quickly. The cleaning crew was running behind and the management company sent us notification and let us know that they were working ti get the unit ready. We got to the unit about 5 pm an hour after check in was supposed to be and the unit wasn’t cleaned yet. Right after we walked in the cleaning crew arrived. They apologized and stated they were behind. We don’t blame the management company for this and we understand things are going to happen. We were happy to get changed and enjoy the pool and beach while they cleaned. The cooking supplies are minimal as with most rentals so if you are going to cook a good bit I would suggest bringing supplies. I saw a previous customer commented on the a/c for the building not working. We saw they had a flatbed of commercial a/c units so they must be still repairing. The unit stayed about 75 no matter what we set the temp at for about half the week. I opened a supply closet at the front door looking for a broom and noticed a body board was blocking the airflow of the unit and it was suctioned against the filter. I removed the board that is left in the unit it and moved it to the opposing wall, once I did that we never had a problem with the a/c temp. It stayed at whatever it was set at. We could not get the ice maker to work but we bought bagged ice we kept on hand for our cooler so that didn’t affect us too much. I did let the management company know of a leak outside our door in the hallway. They immediately responded saying they would notify a maintenance person, this didn’t affect our stay since it was in the hall. As I said earlier the unit has been upgraded specifically the bathrooms. The beds were uncomfortable to me and seem a bit worn. I would really like to see better mattresses especially in the master bedroom where it is likely shared with a spouse. All in all, it was not a bad unit and has a good location. We really liked having both a bay and beach view to sit and enjoy depending on the time of the day. Our family would stay again.

Great stay! Cant beat the convenience and location! It is 2 stories, which was ok, juat didn't realize it. Also, no dinning table with chairs. Table is large kitchen island with stools. It was nice, just be prepared with the kiddos! The master bed was a little rough to sleep on. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and were very nice. I would definitely come back!

I don't think the actual owners are aware how bad this week was. LSI was responsive but completely unhelpful to the situation. This was July 4th week, Saturday the 2nd to Saturday the 9th, 7 nights total. If you were there that week you already know.
check in was great.
Sunday went as planned.
Monday was spectacular with the fireworks on the beach.
Monday night we notice its getting pretty hot in the unit around 79*F, after a terrible nights sleep I message LSI in the morning and they responded pretty quickly. They would put in a work order. We found out from talking to other residents, the air was out in the entire building. We found a worker there and they say they are hoping to have it fixed on Wednesday, waiting on a part. So we run out and spend $100 on box fans just hoping we can make it through the night.
Tuesday night was worse it had warmed up to 87 degrees in the unit, box fans just made it feel more like a convection oven.
Wednesday morning I messaged LSI informing them of the situation and ask if there is a portable AC rental somewhere, they could help to provide? They responded, letting me know the part isn't coming until Thursday and I could find a portable AC at Lowes or Home Depot. I was irritated at the lack of response to overwhelming heat and discomfort in their unit. I contact them again, If we decide to leave now is the a refund policy? Their response: No refunds and the HOA says it might be fixed Thursday but there is no guarantee. I spend most of my day Wednesday running around trying to find a decent portable AC and they were right it was a lowes...thanks!
I'm out $300 more dollars and return to only have it running in one bedroom barely taking it down 3 degrees to around 84 *F. The couple we were staying with followed suit and bought a $400 unit Sams club to cool their room. This provided very little relief.
Thursday comes around and they have a gigantic AC unit show up on a flat bed truck. this does very little to cool anything off for the remainder of our trip, the coolest it got was 80 F the day we left.
I'm only stressing the story of this because there was no checking in seeing if LSI could help, or how we were doing. we haD to take cold showers to keep our body temperature down. we are unable to cook any of the food we brought. unable to use the washer or drying for fear of heating up the place even more. The week was spent just trying to survive a situation, that never should have been our responsibility to fix.
I would guess we are out and addition $500-$700 dollars having to eat out every meal. all in i would say an additional $1500 dollars in spending.

Unit was exactly as pictured. The bathrooms were gorgeous. Entire property was extremely well-kept and it was right on the beach. It’s definitely somewhere I’ll come back to.

I would love to give a 4 or 5 star rating because we love the location of this unit. It is extremely close to the beach and pool. The neighborhood is great and safe! However, here are the reasons I cannot give a great rating.
1. The floors were absolutely disgusting and there was no mop for me to be able to clean them myself. I got on my hands and knees and cleaned them as best I could.
2. The tv's only picked up 1 channel. The maintenance technician came day 3 of our stay to show us how to get anything on the tv.
3. The dishes are not clean. I also washed every dish we needed. The dishwasher doesn't do a very good job, so I washed them by hand.
4. The beds are clean, but the mattresses are old and killed our backs.
5. The price is rather high considering the above and no beach chair service.
