Overall very lovely stay! Unit is dated but if you are looking for a nice place to stay with great views, safe areas and peaceful surroundings.. this is it!

We had the best view of the beach and the lake. Our overall stay was quite peaceful and we felt right at home.

Our family has been coming to Carillon for over 10 years. We love the gated community and beach privacy. As it relates to our stay, the description and information fits the condo. My advice before booking here is to ask yourself what your expectations are. If your priorities are hotel-quality amenities, stylish decor and upgraded facilities, this unit is not for you and honestly it is unlikely you will find those features at this price point. If your priorities are easy beach access, safe and clean community with essentials at a condo for sleeping, easy meals, getting ready to go out, etc. with a budget friendly price point, this condo is perfect!
Our only minor complaint was the toilet paper situation. There were only partial rolls in each bathroom area that ran out very quickly (it’s also cheap 1 ply). Although we realize the fine print said we’d be responsible for additional and purchased more, it would have been nice to have started with at least 1/2 rolls in each bathroom.

Cozy place with two amazing views!

Overall our stay was okay. Much more could have been done to clean the place before we arrived. I should not have seen dirt and hair in the refrigerator and shower. It seemed like they didn’t have time for cleaners to come before we arrived. I also think all beds should have a comforter on them before guest arrive. However, it was nice staying so close to the beach.

This is our 5th year staying in the complex (a different condo each year) and this year didn’t disappoint. The view is beautiful. The host was responsive when I needed help. Would definitely stay again. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs is warmer than the downstairs. But there is a fan available we found in the closet so that worked out.

We will definitely be staying here again next year on our summer vacation! The host was amazing and super responsive. We loved every moment of our stay and regretted not booking another night or two! Love it here!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is that the curtains in the living room be replaced .

The location is not the best, takes 30-45 minutes to get to everything in Panama city beach. Day 1, we couldn't cook because the stove was broken. Day 2, we lost hot water. Day 3, we got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes before the fire department came. And we lost ALL water and couldn't take a shower until after 7pm . We were unable to get through to the HOA to get moved to a different room. And after asking Lsi to get in touch with them for us they stopped all communication with us, and never replied back to us for oir last two days there. Lsi is a terrible host and wouldn't recommend anyone stay with them EVER. In fact, I think they should be fired from ever using this app for any of their properties again.

Perfect location and set up! We would return.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS UNIT. They are taking money and not maintaining anything. Carpeting, drapes are rotten& torn, toilet seat was crusty, showers were crusty with dirt that shot out of the shower head. Ac filter hadn’t been changed in at least 3 months. It was disgusting and a huge inconvenience for our guests and stay. Fortunately we live close and had the option to travel home to shower. They will only email you and refuse to call when you leave messages multiple times.

Great location
Condo needs to be updated

First, the bedspreads and couch have been updated. They are no longer the 1990 thin hotel coverlets nor the seashell couch. It now has a cute bedspreads and a tan fabric couch.

This condo is on the 9th floor (second from the top) and at the far end of its hall. So it was quiet and close views of the beach. Surprisingly the air worked decently well. Unlike some pinnacle port condos. Though not as good upstairs in the bedrooms. But we brought a small industrial fan with us since we knew there weren’t ceiling fans. I think I saw a box fan in the master closet also.

The balconies had great views but need higher chairs so your not looking through the bars. The upstairs master bedroom balcony faces East with a magnificent view of the ocean and carillon houses. The downstairs living room balcony faces West with a beautiful view of Lake Powell, the pool, and a decent bit of the ocean too.there was always a shaded balcony no matter the time of day. So nice.

There is a half bath downstairs with a washer and dryer, an upstairs hallway small bath with small shower, and a decent size master bedroom bath with a tub.

The living room furniture was comfortable. The mattresses were very very basic. I was so tired by the end of the days so I slept fine on them but my husband didn’t. It’s a change if your used to high quality mattresses. However the mattresses had no sinking which is a huge plus and my 5 year old and I slept fine.

My suggestions to make this condo better would be to replace the carpet, replace the plastic balcony chairs with tall balcony chairs for an unobstructed view (many pinnacle port condos have these), and replace the upstairs hall shower’s silicone caulking and spread a fresh layer of grout to clean it up and get rid of the shower mold/mildew stains. My husband was the only one who didn’t care to use this shower. (Men smh) but I sprayed it down with bleach before hand. And last but not least, replace the keurig … wasn’t working properly. There was a couple of coffee pot makers but I only drink one cup so it wasn’t worth it. I just bought a jug of cold brew from publix.

We usually stay at pinnacle port in fully renovated condos but had travel points to use and didn’t want to go much over them. I was a little nervous about staying in an older condo but I was pleasantly surprised with this one. It was cozy and enjoyable and I would stay here again.

Views for sunset and water are. excellent. The unit is in need of some overall updates in a bad way.

Excellent location and great views from both balconies overlooking the Gulf. This is not shown in the photos of the listing. This property has a lot of potential if they just put a little money into some minor upgrades and fixes which would make a huge difference. Overall a great experience and the rental went smoothly with good communication.

When we got there I thought that we would only have a view from the back of the condo because of the position of the door. But to our pleasant surprise we were so excited to see the ocean from two balconies. The layout of the condo is very nicely done. Lots of room. The balcony in the back shows a beautiful sunset overlooking the ocean with a view of the brackish water behind the condo. The front balcony overlooked the ocean where we were able to see dolphins, nurse sharks, stingrays, and several fish from our view each morning. There were two pools to use. One was more private than others. There was a playground for the kids to play on. They had a movie night for children that we were not expecting. The saunas were extremely clean, nice, and quiet. The condo itself was very clean when we arrived. Be sure to bring dishwasher pods and laundry pods. One is provided but with all the sand from the beach you’ll need so be prepared to wash a few loads. The beds themselves were comfortable. The pull out sofa was our kids favorites because there was a TV for them to watch downstairs. I was glad they had Disney plus and Netflix (several other options but those are our favorites). Wifi was available. Check-in was quick and efficient. Loved the option of self check-in/check-out. We would love to go back!

Place is in a beautiful location. Not the cleanest for the price but still a

great place to stay!
