We had a wonderful time. The house was very nice and plenty big enough for our family ( 8 adults and 3 kids) . It was an easy walk to the beach which was great too.
The grandsons enjoyed being so close to the pool too. When we arrived the pool was lovely and clean, about 5 days later it was dirty and need to be cleaned. Understandable because a lot of people were using it.
The back yard needed maintenance and upkeep, so we didn't go back there much although the outside shower was nice.
Also the dryer is missing the start button. We were able to get it started with a spoon handle but owner probably wants to get that replaces.
Overall we had a wonderful vacation and the house was great.

Okay. We felt like for the price the sofa and loveseat should have been cleaner than it appeared. It had stains all over it and no one would seat on it. The back area was overgrown, this is where you had to come in and out because of the keypad. We had no trash can and there was trash thrown in the front yard. The housekeeping was also something that could have been better. Lent was left in the dryer and shower wasn't clean (there were insects all in the floor of the shower). One of the bunk bed sheets had sand in it.Other than that it was good. Bedrooms and kitchen were all clean and had no problems.

Nice for large family. Nice house but not as clean as expected, outdoor trash can too small for large family, trash scattered on driveway upon arrival and we had nowhere else to put our trash. Sparse amenities, bring own towels, bath soap, etc. Location is walkable to beach, Beds are okay. Host not very helpful prior to arrival date. Overall there was plenty of room for 9 and we had a good time.

This house is amazing! There was plenty of room for our party of 10. Rooms upstairs, rooms downstairs, living area & kitchen in the middle. There is nothing extra, you need your own dish soap, laundry detergent, extra PTs & TP, wash cloths, only amenities listed. The room with 2 beds says double beds, but they are actually twins. Super walkable to the beach, pizza place, ice cream shop, & souvenir shop. Community pool was never crowded.

This house is missing a double bed and they are accurately advertising about the layout which put us in a pickle with one person not having anywhere to sleep. It kind of put a bad vibe on our whole trip.
The house needs maintenance. The shower door downstairs does not really work, broken closet door, they only gave us 4 bath towels for everyone that was staying there.

The house and location was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. Thermostats on every level- everyone was happy.
No issues with the house at all. The pool next door was wonderful after a day at the beach.
The kitchen is very sparse- this is NOT a house that the owners use on a regular basis. And it does need more “comfort” items like extra blankets and pillows.
There is construction in the neighborhood but it does begin until after 8:30-9 and ends by 5. It didn’t bother us. The workers we very polite when riding bikes through the area.

Overall, nice play to stay. However last two days we had no hot water in the showers.

Beautiful house, quiet location.

Pros: location! Love this neighborhood. Straight walk or bike ride to beach, loved having the bikes to ride and some beach items there to use (huge plus!) could use a beach wagon. House was a great size and layout for our family. Pool right next door and never anyone there so felt private!
Cons: we arrived and not a single remote had batteries. We contacted host right away and it took 3 days to get the batteries. We lost internet for the final 3 days, that was resolved the evening before we left. Glad we brought games! Construction on 3 houses in the neighborhood including house right next door. Crews and cars and trailers daily, trash and materials all over. Lack of maintenance in the backyard (definitely not as pictured), weeds taller than plants, broken chairs and falling in fire pit. Someone did come rebuild fire pit and took away the broken chairs while we were there. The house was lacking in kitchen essentials - no baking sheet, 1 single kitchen towel.

Be sure to read the reviews before renting this home. This was by far our worst AirBNB experience. The property mgr for this home is nightmare to work with, completely non-responsive and lacking any care. We had no hot water for the first 4 nights of a 5 night stay. The host knew this home had a water heater issue and never disclosed that to us. It took 4 full days of pleading with the host to get someone to replace the water heater. Based on recent reviews, this was a known issue for well over a month. On our last day, the gas company showed up to inform us they never paid the gas bill and gas was going to be turned off that afternoon. In addition, we found all the dishes and pots/pans etc to be dirty which makes sense given they had no hot water for over a month. The floors were filthy, everyone had black feet w/in 5 mins of walking around this house. The listing showed pics of bikes, beach chairs, etc in the garage…we were told we could not use after we booked.

Overall the house was beautiful! When we first got there, we only had hot water in the master bathroom, the microwave didn’t work and the downstairs toilet wasn’t working. We contacted the host the day we arrived and after 2 days, maintenance came and fixed the toilet and replaced the microwave. The host advised the hot water heater had come in, but other needed parts had not arrived. We contacted Airbnb directly and they began to work on resolving the issue. We were there Sunday - Saturday and the hot water issue was never resolved. After reading a review from the guests who stayed right before us, apparently this was a known issue and should have been resolved prior to us occupying. Outside of these issues, the house was great. The kids loved the pool being right beside the house (as it is a neighborhood/community pool and they were the only ones to swim in it).
I do highly recommend the little pizza place at the end of the street. The owner was super nice and the food was amazing!

Great place would visit again !!

Prior to arriving, we were informed that we would have no hot water our microwave during our stay. I felt horrible as I booked this home and my guests were unhappy you can imagine the frustration at the driving seven hours with kids. We made the best of it even though we had to boil water for baths and heat food in oven. Also downstairs toilet brokenMy main suggestion for owner is to have cleaning crew wash dishes because they were dirty from previous guess we found peanut butter and jelly plates in the cabinets. Also, I agree with the previous reviews just special touches, such as more toilet paper, scrub pads we did ask for a broom and mop, and the housekeeper delivered so that should be available at the house. All in all it is a beautiful home and I would still recommend this house. Honestly If there weren’t these issues we would have loved our stay. Long story short kids had a great time there was enough room for everyone and we made great memories would book again at 100 percent

Honestly, the house is pretty spacious, but there were multiple issues with the Airbnb that the property managers failed to address. First, the microwave doesn’t work (you can’t even get the door to open) and the floors were FILTY. I walked around for five minutes barefoot and the bottom of my feet were black and covered in sand. The cleaners came back and did a very thorough job of re-cleaning the floors and counters, but it was very inconvenient. Secondly, the toilet downstairs didn’t work and a maintenance person was only sent out the following day. It was never fixed. Also, that shower only had cold water. Thirdly, there is very loud constructions going on right next door (<20 feet away) which woke up the whole house at 7am on a Saturday. It was a major disturbance all day. The property managers didn’t even know that there was construction going on next door… it’s a massive house that is 75% finished. Nothing was done to address most of the issues and they ignored multiple messages

Overall place was beautiful. Lsi was very responsive, allowed us to
Check in early and turnt the heat on for us due to the freezing temps. House is beautiful, need little necessities like a broom, linen for pull out couch. Loved the view, bicycles available. Thanks for sharing your home
With us!!

Some lack of attention to requests

by Review from Airbnb Guest #175154

Great house and even better location! If I was being particular I would say to make it better I wish we had a sheet pan for baking and the sidewalk to the back entrance where the key pad is pretty over grown. Also, one night a little after midnight there was a alarm that went off stating carbon dioxide detected and our entire house had to wait outside for the fire department to come clear it. Turns out that we had the golf cart charging in the garage and there wasn’t enough ventilation and the carbon off the battery set the alarm off. The fire department said they see it all the time. So word of advice for anyone that rents and charges a golf cart!

This house is amazing! It’s had enough space for our family to spread out and enjoy our weekend stay. Very clean & up to date, comfortable beds, relaxing balconies.. everything you need! The host was very nice & responded quickly to all questions. The property is in a great location, just across the street from the beach. We walked to the beach everyday! Would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful house very spacious to fit our large family. The only thing was that when we arrived the AC was turned off so the house was 83 degrees and took hours to cool down. Also we didn’t have any cleaning supplies available such as a broom and dust pan.

Not a great experience at the house. Garbage overflowing when we got there. Neighbors complaining when asked out contact we were told to put ours with the rest. Neighbors helped us clean it up and get it and 3 other bins to the street. Kitchen not stocked well at all. Only 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person. Asked for more washcloths but never received. Would not return to this location.
