The house was nothing compared to the pictures that where provided. As soon as u walked in the house smelled humid and like mold. Their was mold all around the closet In the master bedroom cockroaches in the ceiling lights the floor in the kitchen was dirty the slidding doors for the porch where broken or stuck and it was very overwhelming getting their and not being accommodated accordingly how they said. I will never book this place again. It was over priced the house needs alot of maintenance work.

This house was great for college students on spring break. They wanted to be right on the beach and didn’t much care about the house itself. It is very evident that the house has been used specifically for spring breakers. Although the kids I took were not big partiers - they were staying in a very nice frat house, at least by the conditions. With that said, it is not where I would ever choose to stay if I were planning a family or friend trip for anyone who cared about being inside the house during their stay. It is very worn and needs some substantial attention… including the stained and torn flooring in the kitchen, the hole in the wall at the top of the first set of stairs, new carpet, and an oven that works on all settings not just broil.

Heads up! This company lies. There were terrible reviews to pop up so I contacted the company about the issues addressed. They were quick to respond then and assured me many times that every issue was addressed, the “unit would be blocked off” to fix everything and made sure to have them done by our stay. A couple days before our stay, I messaged again and got a quick response that everything was completed.

Check in was prompt and was able to get in early, but we were immediately disappointed. The house was disgusting. We drove up on trash bags being left under the carport, dirty/sticky floors in kitchen, black hallways rails that cleaned up to white when we cleaned them ourselves, carpets stunk and could tell it hadn’t been cleaned at all, comforters had either stains or hadn’t been washed, dead bugs hanging on ceilings, which then turned into live bugs a little later in our stay which required us to go out and get our own ant bait because the multiple conversations with the host resulted in them saying they’d contact pest control, maintenance, house keeping, etc. and no ever showed up. Maintenance showed up once on the first night to fix the washer that smelled like sewage and to change some air filters out that were full, and then dropped off bags of new linens for us to change out ourselves. There’s mold in all the vents and on some furniture and lamps. My whole family got sick while staying here and are just now slowly getting over it.

Then when some storms hit the downstairs bathroom was flooding from the top of the window. We had to put a whole dirty comforter down because towels weren’t enough. When the host was contacted about this, my only response back was, “thank you for letting us know”. The wood was rotting around the window.

Oh and to make this even better, most of the things listed in reviews plus more we found have all been things reported by maintenance to the host multiple times already and the host won’t give approval to fix them. The maintenance lady told us that this host does the bare minimum to keep the place running.

They never answer your phone calls either. And the house was a concern during the tropical storm that hit us. We didn’t know if it would be standing much longer with the rotting wood everywhere.

I have never been so disappointed in an Airbnb. Warning before you book this place! We need to stop this host from thinking it’s okay to not fix the ongoing issues. He wants to just put a bandaid on it. Don’t rent from this host!

I would love to be able to worn anyone looking to rent this place in the future. The pictures posted on Airbnb have to be, at least, 10 years old. The place looked like it was about to collapse. The only thing accurate in the description, was the location. The cleaning crew, which consisted of one woman and one man, arrived there to clean the place at 2:30. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We were not allowed in until 4:30. There was visible mold throughout the house, dead bugs on the ceilings and floors, tiny live bugs all over the kitchen. And the closet in the upstairs hallway that held the HVAC unit had dust caked around the edges of the door and the air return above it was also caked in dust. Just filthy. All of the sliding doors had broken handles (fire hazard). The outdoor grill was disgustingly filthy. Both of the dishwasher racks are broken and fall to the bottom when pulled out. The carpet was dirty. The bedding in every room was depressing and the curtains have rips in them. There were missing blinds in every window. The decking outside is falling apart...very dangerous. We took lots of pictures of the place, and I would really like be able to post our pictures in place the ones these guys are posting to catfish people. What we booked on the Airbnb app IS NOT what we stayed in for our vacation. I have NEVER experienced anything like it as long as I've been renting through Airbnb. It truly was a Nightmare!!!

LSI was very quick to respond to any questions when emailed or called. Was great to work with! The house has carpenter ants in every room and the numbers grew. Tons of ants in the halls and bathrooms. LSI did contact pest control for us. They were great. I definitely think the ants isn’t going anywhere anytime soon tho.

The home in a great location, just to have the beach as your backyard is already the best views you can have in a vacation. The kitchen is well equipped with more then what you actually need. The bedrooms are very nice size rooms as well as bathrooms, beds were very comfortable as well. place needs some small repairs but for the location and that view it's well worth it our family enjoyed it we will definitelybe back.

Lsi’s place was great. Stunning views of the beach and ocean from almost every room in the house. Right on the beach and close to everything. Awesome open common area (living, kitchen, and dining) which gave plenty of room for our party of 10 to hangout. Would definitely book again.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing!! Right on the beach! We also loved all the balcony space... perfect to wake up to ocean views! This property however does need some TLC. The sliding doors don’t work quite right. We would definitely stay again just for the views!!

The location of this home is awesome. It's close to shopping, grocery, pharmacy, food, bars and it is right on the beach. Parking is easy in and easy out. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms were nice. The check in process was fantastic, code was easy to put in on the door and LSI was more than helpful in getting us in a couple hours earlier than originally scheduled. They are super responsive.

Home needs some TLC for sure. The handles on most of the sliding doors are missing and because of that they lock with a track bar. Internet was out during our stay. LSI was responsive when I called and they sent a signal to the router to try and restart it. That didn't work and we just dealt with it but no internet meant no TV. We were able to plug in DVD player to watch movies at night but it was a DIY job to get that done.

Overall, awesome location and responsive/friendly company but home needs attention.

Location was beautiful, host was very responsive, however the things that were supposed to be provided were not, and the house was dirty and had multiple dead bugs in the house along with multiple violation notices posted on the outside of the home

No slow elevators, kids slamming doors next door, having to park across the street in a parking garage or upstairs neighbors wearing concrete shoes! Beautiful place providing privacy with peace and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Awesome!!!
The pictures look exactly like it does online. It had plenty of room and it was pretty well equipped for everything you needed. If you're looking for an area where there wont be a lot of people, this is the place to get! We're already talking about getting this house the next time we come back to Panama. Loved it!!!
