The master bedroom sleeps two in a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twin beds. This home has a large living area suitable for the entire family. Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Microwave did not work. Place smelled. Beds not comfortable. All was expected before booking. Walk to beach
Pay attention to the other reviews that were left. We were just planning on sleeping so we weren’t very concerned. However the first night we got back at 11pm and the house was flooded. It appeared there was a backup and the toilet wax ring malfunctioned. When investigating we found significant evidence of previous flooding, including the presence of mold, that was not taken care of. There was extreme moisture in the air, even the ceiling fans are warped. It took an hour for someone to get there to take a look and by that time we found all the flooding evidence, multiple bodily fluid stains on the furniture, and the light in the kitchen flickered when the water turned on, so we decided there was no way we could stay there. After contacting AirBNB support, and after LSI turned off notifications, a full refund was promptly issued.
Poop in shower, floors flooded, no lock on door from inside. Beds are comparable to sleeping on a box spring.
great place on the beach
AC was super cold when we arrived 65 degreesTurning it warmer 72 degrees resulted extreme moisture and sopping wet floors. Took a few days to dry out. Very damp and musty with rust and rotting doors. The whole place is old and tired, especially the kitchen. Had to wash everything before using and the amenities are seriously lacking. The highlight is walking across the road to an awesome beach. We live in 12 or more airbnbs a year while traveling in the US and Europe full time, and this was the worst experience by far. The furniture is old and dirty, the master bed is smaller than a queen and very uncomfortable, lighting is super bright or nothing. Shame to see what could be an awesome place be so neglected.
we did get to check in early that was a plus, but as we arrived there was water in the floor that my one year old fell in & hit his head on hard concrete tile floors.
underneath the sink were buckets full of nasty water from leaks.
the oven only works on 250 so don’t even try cooking anything, if you turn the water on in the kitchen the light trips out the whole time, our dresser draws where broke.
Dark water spots everywhere on the ceiling
our room had rotted paneling bowing off the walls, our room also did not look anything like the one that is posted with the bathroom.
completely different ceiling & decor & all.
the only thing good i can honestly say about this place is it’s right across from the beach.
but hey for the price ya know if you want something that’s cheap & can walk to the beach then this is for you, but if you can spare the extra funds just go ahead & save yourself a headache by booking somewhere else.
I have no reason to lie, i took pictures of everything.

The house was dirty with sand dust in the floor. The lights in the guest room wasn't working.
