Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The good…. The location and the view
The bad… the condo is in dire need of updating the ceiling is literally falling down, all the furnishings are dirty and outdated and the bed you literally feel like you’re sinking or like it will collapse at any given moment and will wake up with your back killing you. If the owners would spend the money they could have a gem. It literally feels like they went to the flea market to furnish the place.

Location was amazing right across the street from the beach access., and the check in process was super simple. We were not expecting one of the bedrooms to be a mezzanine, so be aware of that if you are wanting privacy. The place wasn’t too clean upon arrival either. The silverware still had so much food on it that we could probably describe what the previous guests last meals were, and there were candy and popsicle wrappers shoved behind and under the couches. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would still return just probably with fewer people since the place can technically sleep six but not comfortably unless you’re very close!

Great place
"Lovely Condo"
The condo we stayed in was very clean, roomy and super close to the beach. It was everything that we were looking for. The front porch area was roomy and had lots of chairs, it even had beach chairs that we were able to use and take to the beach which was right across from the street. The living room was very roomy and big windows made it very bright during the day which I loved. The kitchen was big and very clean. It had everything that we needed. The first bedroom was enormous and that bed was super comfy. The second bedroom was a great size also. The condo was in driving distance to a lot of places which made it very convenient for us that were not familiar with the area. We will definitely be checking with the property next year to see if it will be available so that we can stay here again.
