Pros and Cons to our stay!
Pros:
-Beautiful view
-Great location
- Great Beach Access!

Cons:
- Leak from above condo (in the bathroom area)
- Did not smell clean or feel clean
-Bunk bed bedding was stained and needed to be washed or replaced
-Master bedroom carpet was nasty
-microwave nasty and not safe to use
- Stove not functional. Cannot read the knobs on the stove.
-Needs updated desperately
-No WiFi
- Newer TVs but no WiFi to use them

La ubicación es excelente. Solo le falta más limpieza y resolver muchos problemas del inmueble. Para cualquiera debe ir preparado con sábanas extras, cosas de cocina xq están demasiadas sucias para usarlos, la basura debes cargar con ella xq no hay facilidad donde tirarla. Es un poco barato el ospedaje pero te llevarás una gran sorpresa sobre el lugar xq está muy sucio

Location of the place was great, but some unexpected issues inside were not the best. There was a pretty big spot of mold on ceiling in the bathroom, including it transferring to other items around the place. Checking in was ok, there was still sand on furniture, sheets were stained. The beds were basically springs, we decided to leave a night early due to the uncomfortable feeling of the beds and staying with mold.

LSI was very easy to work with and communicated quickly if I had questions. This location is across the street from public beach access. 3 beds 2 baths so a family is comfy. The grass was high and needed mowing, and the bedroom carpets were old and had a few stains, but other than that the home was very clean. I brought these things to LSI attention and the appreciated the feedback. Will definitely consider staying there again.

LSI was polite and responsive. Location was not the best and the cleaning fee was really high for a place that was still dusty/dirty

We stayed in the condos last year and the washer and dryer didn’t work but decided not to let that ruin our trip and gave them another try this year.

The good: the best thing about staying at the Southwind location is the location. You can walk right out of your front door and in a few steps you’re on the beach. Also the flexible check in time. We arrived in Panama a few hours early and was able to check into our room.

The bad: Before the trip I had a few questions and they were very rude. The condo wasn’t very clean when we got there the floors and some dishes that were put up was dirty. We didn’t even have a broom to sweep the floors. The pool was dirty. The TV boxes did not work. They said they would get with the owner and let us know but never did. Dishwasher was hanging out, light fixtures broken, etc. like I said just not very well maintained. If you’re looking for a place that will go above and beyond to make your stay special this is not the place.

Like stepping back to the 1970s! If I could give 0 stars, I would! While LSI was great about communicating ahead of time, once we encountered an issue - there were plenty - they stopped all communication for the rest of our stay. We had over 10 issues:
1. Unclean beds (crumbs in the bed & used water bottle in the bunk!)
2. Sticky spots on the floor
3. No cable or wi-fi (I was there working; there were xfinity boxes, message said the account needs attention)
4. Kitchen light didn't work consistently - bulbs were shorting
5. Light outside the front door didn't work - this was a major safety issue as it was pitch dark at night!
6. Shower handle in the bathroom was broken in pieces and couldn't adjust temp easily...either froze or were scalded. I was scalded...thankfully we didn't have a child with us.
7. Big eye on the stove didn't work.
8. Dishwasher wasn't screwed into the counter - Safety issue as it could pull over on someone.
9. Oven dial temp is gone; can't see
10. Dishwasher broken

We enjoy our weekend. Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach. Very quiet. We can not wait to go back.

Great location! Perfect for our stay. There was no wifi which the kids didn’t like but overall our stay was good.

This is a great place to stay for the price and location. It is right across the street from the beach, you can see it from your front doorstep. It is also only 10 minutes from Pier Park. We had minor issues, like a smell from the dishwasher and the toilet had trouble flushing, but nothing too major. There is also no internet and the televisions are outdated (just cable television). But overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

We rented this unit 6/12-6/18. Location was the most desirable part! Perfect across the street from the beach at access 72. There was Great communication along the way before check in. The unit itself was a bit disappointing. The fan light bulb was broken off with the cover on the dresser and the fan did not have a string to turn the light off. Due to the air not working we had to keep the fans going which was minimum lighting. I did advise about the Air Conditioning issue on Monday and Maintenance was out on Tuesday and it was fixed. Tuesday I realized the dishwasher didn’t worked and advised. I followed up Wednesday, Then again Thursday to be told they were waiting on approval and never heard back. Also make sure to bring your own towels/ wash clothes. For a family of 4 there were 4 towels, 1 hand hand towels, and no wash clothes. That too was and extra expense we weren’t expecting. Overall we were happy with our stay . Just a few inconveniences along the way.

Great stay for the price. Very much enjoyed our trip!

Great, clean condo on the west end. Easy check in/check out. All of my questions were answered almost immediately. Highly recommend this company!

Great stay with great people!

LSI was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The room was stunning and I could not be more impressed with using them for this rental. I will definitely be renting from them again. Their communication team is fantastic and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Their genuine kindness went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for making my trip beyond perfect and worth it.

The location was great, just had to cross the road and you were at the beach. The rental however had some problems… it wasn’t very clean when we first arrived (I actually swept and cleaned up myself), the bathroom has a very bad sewage smell from the busted up drywall behind the toilet, the front door leaks water if it rains, the kitchen light wouldn’t turn on almost the entire week I stayed there and you don’t have WiFi in the condo.

Excellent location and has great access to the beach. The view to die for.

My overall stay was ok. I loved the fact that i could enjoy the ocean view from sitting on the porch...especially when its cooling off and the sun is going down. My only concern was the used soap that was left in the shower and the pots were not thoroughly cleaned. There were items left in the room from the previous renters. So all types of thoughts were going through my mind. Was this place thoroughly cleaned and disinfected by the cleaners....who knows? And this was unit L4 at Southwind condominiums.

The beach is just across the street. Great location! Be warned that the place you pick up your parking pass from is thirty minutes away from the condo, which added an extra hour onto our already long travel day.

If I could leave a zero stat review on Cleanliness then I would... the location was great and right on the beach! But the condo itself- dirt and grime everywhere, dirty linens, body fluids? on one of the beds, dirty linens in the washing machine, dirty dishes, food mess in the fridge, even a bloody used bandage just in the floor. We had to clean the entire condo before even bringing our luggage in and wash the linens. Not toention that two stove top eyes didnt work and the oven racks were placed in the oven backwards. Whoever has been hired to clean this place is not doing their job.

The beach was literally in walking distance, all you have to do is cross the pedestrian cross walk and you're there. The neighbors were friendly and it was quiet place for my family and I to enjoy. I absolutely recommend this stay for families.

Great stay! Location was great! Appliances could be upgraded to make cooking easier. Toaster and microwave have rust in them and shouldn't be used to cook food in. Dishwasher is falling out of cabinet. Carpet in bedroom should cleaned, floors turned white socks black on the first night. Include wifi. Easy reservations and check-in/out process!

Good Location. Ground floor condo, very simple. Be sure to find out about access prior to booking. Close to beautiful beaches.

We stayed here for 3 nights! We loved the location!!!! It was very nice and clean. If I had one complaint is that I think there should have been some more things stocked. Dish soap, dishcloths, and pot holders for sure. Other than that, we absolutely loved our time here! Comfy beds and you couldn't beat the location!
