This is a old beach house, the bathrooms are exactly what the design of that time was, Small. The Bedrooms were nice but the TV'S could be larger, my laptop screen rivals the size. Other than that i enjoyed this property a lot. I would recommend renting this house. Just make sure all information is correct well before LSI closes their doors for the day, you will not be able to get any answers important or not.

My wife was horrified the whole time reached out to see about getting a partial refund because we didn’t want to stay somewhere where someone had went in the house to get covers and sleep on the front porch but was told there was nothing they could do

Location was perfect!! Literally faster to the beach than any condo which was one thing I was worried about because it’s hard to tell from the pics. Also can see beach from front porch for your morning coffee. House also has floats, beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas in the storage room in the carport and I loved being able to contribute a few beach items as well since I had packed the house up! But I would have never known they were in there had my son not opened the door!
I read previous reviews about being unclean and apparently they have changed cleaning companies because it was clean. Please keep in mind this is not a brand new “condo” but an older home! The bathrooms are small as it says but they are all tile and the showers are huge and open and great for rinsing kids off or (even 2 adults easily) when you get back from the beach which makes up for the small area around the toilet. Bring towels, they only provide 1 per person for the stay, there is a washer and dryer (they are nice), no dishwasher and no blow dryer. Overall it was great and has a great screened in porch as well and we all loved it!

You absolutely cannot beat this location or beach access for the price! I will say, we did have to do a little “pre-clean” on the washer and a few other things that weren’t as clean as we’d like, and there were a few minor repairs that needed to be made to the house, but overall, we would definitely stay here again! Being our first trip with our 1 year old, we were very satisfied with the experience!

No dishwasher in unit as stated. I’m a Chef and the kitchen was pretty stocked for our dinners each night, I was pleasantly surprised! Outside shower for rinsing off was an amazing feature. One of the bedrooms has a link to the other, so you have to enter one to get to the master. Overall we loved it and enjoyed our time! Private beach access is the best thing ever. We had plenty of parking and just minutes from restaurants and shopping.

The location of the unit was perfect!
The cleanliness, however, not so much. Mold in both showers, hair and filth on bathroom floor. The sink in the middle bathroom would not drain. We had to boil water to wash the dishes because the water in the kitchen would not get hot. The couch on the screened in porch is old and dirty. This place has a lot of potential but needs some updates and a new cleaning company!

Location and the quick responses we got from the LSI property management group are the only reasons I gave this place 3 stars. I've been using Airbnb forever now and this is the first time I didn't do a great job picking out a place sadly. Being able to walk right across the street to a private beach and be one of few there is the biggest plus this place has to offer! Besides that, I definitely would consider some other places if you can get a similar location.

I honestly believe the bungalow had a ton of potential way back in the day, but it's quite apparent that it's been neglected for some time. Lots of the outside is deteriorating, completely rusted, and even the overhang is only partly connected. Yikes. The inside had doors that didn't latch, faucets that were really hard to turn off, an odd number of exterior doors where one took us forever to lock appropriately (which is a bit scary), and cabinet doors no longer even hinged. But the worst part was how filthy it was when we arrived. I had to clean first before we could really settle. The kitchen area still had food all over the trash can, spilt materials on the cabinet doors, fingerprints all over the microwave, and more.

Anyway, hate to be negative, but wish I had read a review about this place like this before I booked.

"Great place to get away. "

The Cottage is a great place to get away.
The view is awesome while sitting on the screened porch.
We will definitely stay in this home again. It's roomy and comfortable. I loved it being an older home all on one level.

"Quaint cottage in a great location. "

The cottage is newly remodeled but retains a quaint look. No issues with the door locks previously mentioned, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook with as well as dishes and glasses. New mattresses, a little on the hard side, great a/c, new appliances but no dishwasher. Be sure to bring extra trash bags, paper towels and tp because not much is supplied. Great location to a great private beach.
