Great location for the price

Check in for the space was okay, the lock took several times to work and I had trouble opening the door. The curtains by the balcony were stained, neither TV worked at all. I contacted LSI and they were helpful at first however nothing was done until 4 days after we checked in. I checked to see what the status and was the responses is was given was extremely rude and not customer service friendly at all. There was nothing done for the inconvenience or even an apology. The space was a lot noisier than expected with people constantly slamming doors and banging on walls at hours of the night. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling badly, and no bath cloths, face towels, or pillow cases were given. Sheets did not fit the bed and the bed rolled easily away from the wall. The beach access is not as easily accessible as it seems either. Overall very disappointed with this property and management.

Clean, clear instructions, close to beach, exactly like photos. Great experience.

They did not respond when the wifi would not connect to the tv. Some dishes were dirty and did not have hand soap in the kitchen.

Great stay, perfect condo with a good location. Garbage disposal does really stink. Other than that no issues at all!

I stayed for 3 nights June 2023.
Pros in my opinion:
Location: 4 minute walk to public beach access right across the street, shops, pizzeria, donut shop etc. Also gorgeous pool view, 10 second walk downstairs. Very quiet complex, hardly any commotion in pool area. Unit is directly across from the owners. Quiet.Unit in Building C, super easy to find.
Interior: typical 1 bedroom, spacious kitchen, extra large balcony. I did yoga on the balcony.Yes, its a 'bit' darker inside than certain pictures allude to, but I'm obsessed with white & bright, I did not find it too dark for me. Especially if you open up the blinds to the balcony. Ample counter space. GREAT shower pressure. Ample closet space. Beach chairs/pool noodles etc in closet. Lots of drawer space.
To note: Yes, there are tiny ants, like 5 of them, that's FL beach, just clean up w wet papertowel. Cleaners missed items under couch. Bed decent enough, couch/cupboards bit worn. Doesn't affect the stay. I was always at pool or beach

Great location! Close to everything. Short walk to the beach. Great place for 2 people. Quiet, relaxing.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this condo or any LSI managed property. After we took some time to look around, we reported several complaints to the host, including a clogged garbage disposal that was smelling the place up, ants in the condo, no covering over the bathroom window at all, several lights out, and sheets that didn’t fit the bed. We were told that any maintenance would have to be the following day. Over 24 hours later, we still had received no follow up from LSI. We opted to cut our stay 2 days short and still have not heard anything from the host. Buyer beware.

From previous reviews- there’s some things that need to be addressed. Light bulbs burnt out, sink clogged and mattress needs to be changed. There’s no blinds in the bathroom, which is weird. Overall ok for the price.

Absolutely great location! The place was very clean and we loved our stay. Only complaints would be the door wouldn't open every time we entered the code and it took about two or three times to unlock the door. Other than that it was perfect!

Super cute condo within walking distance to public beach access and a few restaurants and shopping. Loved the location and the layout of the condo with a large balcony. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Or at any other Lsi so-called managed property either!
This property was filthy everywhere. The floors hadn't been swept or cleaned, fixtures and counters dirty and dusty, filter in the ac unit was disgusting, furniture was old and stained, the shower was inoperable and no privacy blind or shade on the bathroom.
Unfortunately we stayed 1 night only because we arrived late and it was our only option at that time and Lsi charged us $290 - beyond outrageous!!! Look elsewhere!

It’s an older place. Pictures are brighter than actual place. Kinda dark. Furniture could use cleaning.Location is good and the host responds quickly.

Perfect for our little get away

Very functional condo. Was a good base and location for our needs.

Overall the location/are is nice. We truly enjoyed the beach & how close it was. I felt the place could have been cleaner & better supplied with cleaning necessities for our stay. Hopefully the review I gave could make for better experiences for future guest.

We loved this air b n b- it was a great location, very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was that there was no comforter on the bed when we checked in. We slept without a comforter the first night which was definitely not ideal! We were told a comforter would be delivered first thing the next morning but it wasn’t delivered until that next evening. However, once we got a comforter everything else was perfect! Overall, a very good stay!!

This condo was exactly as described and very clean. It’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again in the future.
