I was hoping to be the first positive review after many stating the same issues we had found to be still existent. Not recently renovated like advertised.
UV light showed decades of stains as well.

We weren't able to use the kitchen or the second bathroom due to appliance and plumbing issues. The master bath should have been out of service as well because of the gaping hole in the ceiling. (All reported by previous gussets years ago and still not fixed)

The place is very dirty and really needs a good cleaning. All of the dishes were dirty upon arrival, but put up in cabinets as if they were clean. There is mold/dust along the entrance doorway and in kitchen on the wall above the stove and kitchen sink and in the bathrooms on the walls above the sink. Repairs need to be done. There is a huge gaping hole in the master bathroom shower ceiling. There is also water damaged ceiling in the other bathroom. There are some blinds in the master bedroom that were not put up correctly and they look like they are leaning and about to fall. The place is not presentable at all and no one should be staying in it while it looks like this. It is a nice space and a nice location and the owner should do repairs so that it looks livable. The owner does however, communicate quickly and gives detailed instructions about checking in and the process for staying.

Worst place ive ever stayed at. The unit was left untouched from prior guests that destroyed the unit before they left. I have no idea when the place was last cleaned actually because the whole place was filthy that couldn't have possibly been from just one previous stay. Mold mildew throughout the house, broken bedroom doors, shower doors, sink and garbage disposal full with old rotting food overflowing onto the floor out of dishwasher. Water leaking from the roof into the tub ceilings molded and falling down into tub. Refrigerator door handles falling off and more. We had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the unit just to be able to walk in the unit. The host sent someone out to clean after us waiting over 3 hours but the personnel only brought a few towels and replaced bedding and told us she isnt the cleaning person and apologized to us. That was it we were left to either clean it ourselves or sleep in our car with my 3 kids after a 6 hour drive. The host never once checked on us or offered any resolution until I called back the following day and they told me I would be reimbursed for all the issues and someone would come fix the sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher. After waiting until around 4pm on the 2nd day the plumbing finally got fixed. We had to wash every pot pan and utensil in the house that was left dirty and full of food from previous guests. We had to buy our own plates cups and utensils due to this also because we didn't finish cleaning everything until our 3rd day there and still didn't feel comfortable using anything in the house. If the entire city wasn't booked up to where we had nowhere else to go being 6 hours from home with nonrefundable reservations and tickets for fishing charter trip and other activities in Destin all week we would have never continued our stay there but we were stuck and also promised to be reimbursed after our stay was completed. Never once have I been contacted from this host since my stay besides them denying my reimbursement claim. This entire stay was a nightmare for me and my family and still no resolution has been offered. Stay far away from this condo and host. Ive never had a problem using Airbnb until this.

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed at. There were roaches and bugs crawling everywhere, the sheets and rooms smelled terrible, there are holes in the ceilings of the bathroom, the side doors don’t even lock, it was dirty and dusty, and the utensils in the kitchen were so dirty we were afraid to use them.
