This 2nd floor unit is full of upgrades and can sleep up to 12 people. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed with an adjoining full bathroom which features a full size washer and dryer. There is a fully equipped, updated kitchen with a breakfast table that seats 4. Additional seating is available at the dining room table. This beautiful unit has floor to ceiling windows providing an open floor plan concept with magnificent gulf, bay and sunset views.
The living area has a flat screen TV, and DVD player. The condo has a unique floor plan with partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. The large balcony gives you a views of beach as well as breathtaking sunset views.
The 1st guest bedroom has two full-size beds with a flat screen TV and full bathroom. The 2nd guest room has 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV and DVD player, and its own mini kitchen. The In total, this unit has 3 TV's and DVD players, with cable and complimentary high speed wireless internet, providing you with all the comforts of home. This unit is sure to be your home away from home on one of the most beautiful, pristine beaches of the world!
In addition, Surfside Resort offers its own on-site dining at the Royal Palm Grille Restaurant featuring a great selection of meat and seafood entrees, sandwiches, salads, sushi bar, and a children's menu. All meal selections can be eaten in the dining room overlooking the beach, the sports bar, or even delivered to your room. The meals are wonderful and generous in size so bring your appetite!
Beach access is limited to Surfside Resort guests. There is an incredible pool deck featuring heated swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzi spas, kiddie pool, expansive pool deck, saunas and bath house. There is a pool side tiki-bar and beachside food service which is available to all guests.
Surfside Resort is proud of the outdoor sports deck which includes 2 tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball and shuffleboard. Equipment can be check out from the on-site front desk. The fitness center is recently renovated and is available at no charge. Complimentary unlimited wireless internet is also available. A guest parking garage is available at Surfside Resort, 24 hour security and indoor hallways keep the family secure and out of the weather.
Destin is home to several of the best championship golf courses in Florida such as Sandestin, Regatta Bay and Seascape Golf Course which is located directly behind the resort. Surfside Resort is located close to Destin’s best attractions, dining and shopping including Silver Sands Factory Outlet and Destin Commons.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

Beware of this unit. Holes in the ceiling water leaking from ceilings baseboards and walls. Very dirty cockroaches appliances don’t work sliding doors don’t work. Lots and lots of issues not worth the money.

Location was great. As mentioned in previous reviews, it isn't managed by the condo and there is a lot of wear and tear especially in the bathrooms. There is water damage in the master bathroom. The location was good and easy to access the beach.

Some maintenance needs to be done in this unit. There was a water leak from the unit above in the master bath which seemed to spread to the guest bath. The maintenance crew at the resort will not help you because this unit is privately owned. Cleanliness could be improved. There are roaches in the unit so I made sure to wash all dishes and utensils before using them. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and garbage bags because there was only one bag supplied for a week stay. Location is good. It is directly across the road from the beach. In order to get to the beach you have the walk over the road on a wooden boardwalk and go down some stairs. Amenities are great.

Beware! What to expect: cock roaches running everywhere, holes in ceiling, shower leaking from wall running through floor, refrigerator handles broken, dishwasher only works in one setting, did I mention roaches so bad one ran across eating table landing in my LAP, unit smelled like an ash tray and overall nasty stink, pet hair all over couch & loveseat, master bed indented 1-2 inches on each side.. major humiliation if you take family or guest because you paid crazy money for this then to top it off you can't get moved or a partial refund because no one will respond after your request for the refund. Beware and Good Luck if you choose this place!

This particular unit had roaches. All of them I saw personally were in the kitchen, but there were all stages of life. I contacted LSI as soon as I discovered them (our 2nd day)via the AirBnB app to which they responded quickly to the initial request to have someone contact me. After disclosing I had found roaches, the response was “we will let the HOA know”. We did stay the full reservation which is the reason I did not request any refund. This is so anyone else staying in the future knows to check for them as soon as they arrive so that if the roaches are still an issue you can request to be moved or refunded.
