The Inn at Seacrest 109

The internet never worked.

We love staying in Rosemary Beach, and this location was great. There was a nice pool and hot tub, and it was a short walk to the beach access. The space was clean and welcoming, and we loved the walkable area!

Just the right size place for our stay, all was good except the wifi never worked.

Very convenient and the perfect size for 2 people! I wish we had had a way to cook our own food, but it was a great place.

Nice and small hotel-like room that wasn't too far from the beach. We stayed for 3 nights and loved the area. Everything is walkable or you can rent a bike from down the road. It was our first time in the area but not our last!

The place has it’s pros and cons. The location is great and is walking distance from the beach and the touristic area. But when we got there we received a message that the router had to be replaced and we never heard back so it wasn’t fixed. The unit is clean but the mattress is very old and has a crack on the left side which made it very difficult to sleep. The same condition with the pillows and you don’t get extra pillows so you sleep with what you get. I complained and the only answer I got was that they will let the management know so who I was talking to I don’t know. The unit is not cheap if you can’t sleep. I will not recommend it unless they upgrade and spend some money on a new mattress and pillows. When you are not in a hotel there isn’t anyone to really talk to and they don’t take responsibility for anything.

Right off the 30-A which is nice. About a 5-10 minute walk to Starbucks & 20 min walk to city center. Bicycle is best, as parking in Rosemary is difficult. Unit 109 is on the ground floor. You have no privacy unless you use the blackout curtains & eliminate any sunshine. People are always walking by. The room came with 1 little bar of soap, 1 shampoo, & 1 conditioners. It was annoying to always to have to take the soap from the sink & put it in the shower & back. Really? Oddly, the provided dishwasher soap, but no dishwasher! When we arrived, I tried to connect my phone to the internet & had trouble. It connected to the wifi, but said no internet. I didn't have time, so left to meet for dinner. Sat morning I had computer work to do. Still didn't work. texted Lsi and they stated it was Sat and they didn't think they could get it fix and told me it was my fault, I should have told them earlier. No internet ever & never heard back. The pool is ok, but there's zero shade.

My husband and I loved our stay over a long weekend. The unit was exactly as listed and was stocked with enough basics (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bath towels, and wash clothes) to get us through the weekend. We could easily walk to the beach access and other shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a couples get away! Had an issue with bands for pool and beach access being taken by previous renters yet owner quickly solved and provided bands. Only negative is the Beach area is extremely compact and if you plan on renting chairs that needs to be done well in advance to your trip. Would rent unit again!

Great location. Easy check in. Notified host upon check in that there was only one wristband provided and was told one would be dropped off. We never received another band. A wristband is needed to access the beach. Not a huge deal as we just had to explain the issue to security each time, but it would have been nice to have the second band so we did not have to do this. The room was damp. The air conditioning appeared to work well, but all of our things were damp the entire time. The bed was damp, the floor was damp. There is no soap provided and only one roll of toilet paper is provided. We stayed for three nights so we purchased some soap to wash our hands and dishes and some toilet paper. It would have been nice to have additional towels, but there were two provided along with one wash cloth and one hand towel. There are two coffee makers, but no coffee filters provided. I would have brought filters or pods if I had known this. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows are not.

Highly recommend! Short walking distance to Alys and Rosemary Beach. This Airbnb is perfect if you want a clean, quiet, convenient place to sleep at night. Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

LSI had great communication prior to arrival. We had the door code before our flight landed. The place was easy to find, smooth entry, spotless clean, extra pillows were in the closet, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, kitchen utensils/plates/bowls, towels, dish soap, a few garbage bags were provided. The pool & the jacuzzi on the property made the stay even better. You have access to Seacrest beach that is a block away (5-10 minute walk) through the big white gate. Everything is close enough to mainly walk/bike, if you’re looking for more to do definitely venture off to the pier in Panama City Beach. The wifi did not work on my phone at all that could be a problem for some that are working, ect. Other than that for the price in that specific area you cannot beat it!!!!!! Will definitely be back

Super happy with our stay! The location was amazing! About a 5 minute walk to the beach and was able to walk to some coffee shops and other stores near by.
The space was small but very clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Check in was super easy and smooth and our host kept us up to date. The kitchen was stocked with plates and most kitchen items you would need, perfect for a weekend trip!
Based on previous reviews, we did bring extra pillows and blankets which would recommend if you want extra. Also, the Wifi was very spotty and didn't seem to work most of the time we were there, but it was not much of an issue for us as we were not really in need of it for anything.

Overall, very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back!

Great location and space for us!

This place was perfect. Seen a lot of reviews recently about WiFi not working and so I double checked with the host before check in if it was in fact working, and they assured me it was fixed and running. AC was another issue I saw others have, but we had no problem at all, worked perfectly. All in all, this place was great. Amazing location, short walk to the beach, great pool, good size for just 2. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a very dreadful and terrible experience. At first glance, unit 109 at the Inn at Seacrest was cute and cozy. However, I had an awful experience here making my trip to the Emerald Coast frustrating and stressful. First of all, we were promised wifi, and there was NO wifi. Wifi was necessary for work reasons. My daughter works remotely and I need to have wifi regarding my position as an educator. Fortunately, there was a Starbucks near by that had wifi, but after 2 weeks, this became frustrating. The owner of the unit was made aware of this from day 1 but did nothing about it. In fact, we confirmed there was wifi with the owner before we even booked the unit. Secondly, we lost our air conditioning halfway through our stay. Mid July in Florida with no AC for a week, and again, the owner did nothing about this either. The tile flooring was not clean. The bed was very uncomfortable and we were only provide two small toddler size pillows. The unit next door was under construction and the workers often started at 7am with very loud tools. We were not made aware of this in advance. One night the hammering and drilling went on until 10:00pm. I can not recommend this unit at all to anyone. I was incredibly disappointed with the owner's misinformation and poor communication.

The condo was lovely for the most part. The sheets on the bed were terrible but that wasn't a huge deal. The problem we had was there was absolutely no WI-FI. We arrived on a Friday and when I inquired about how to connect to it on Saturday and was told that it was supposed to be installed on Friday but that the provider couldn't gain access to the property. I did continue to ask about and was told sorry. I would have never chosen to.stay somewhere without WI-FI. We both needed to work while on this trip.

Beautiful simple unit. Location was perfect. Loved the pool and beach access. Very clean. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Really appreciated the cleanliness.

However, when renting a studio apartment or condo, the main amenity you use is the bed. The bedding was a huge disappointment. There were only 2 pillows and they were literally small enough for a child. The polyester sheets were uncomfortable and didn’t stay on the bed. Also needs to be more towels in the unit.

There was no WIFI despite the listing advertising wifi. Beaches tend to have poor service especially 30A. This was a major struggle while staying in the unit without wifi.

I would absolutely stay here again IF the bedding had a major upgrade and the unit had wifi.

Great location and value . So much potential with nice bathroom and kitchenette but the bedding needs a major overhaul! In a studio you basically just sleep but this isn’t somewhere I’d stay again for that one reason. Sheets to small pop off with plastic sheet exposed during night and coverlet corners where dirty from dragging on floor I guess. No rugs for getting out of shower or coming inside from outdoors. Once they redo the bedding it will be a good find,

Place is "as advertised" with regards to the pictures online and experience when you arrive, which is positive and appreciated. My only issue with this place was that Wifi was not available (although description said it was available). With the cellular service being spotty in the 30A I would never rent a place without Wifi.

This condo was exactly as described! Great central location, great condition and great price!
