Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.

Cute little spot and a great location. Lsi was very responsive to any concerns I had. Certainly worth a visit.
All in all had a good stay, however, when we arrived the condo smelled like rotten food due to a seized up garbage disposal with gnats coming out of the drain. Couldn’t figure out if the smoke detector worked or not. Other than that, bed was comfy, location was great with easy access to restaurants and the beach.
First off, when we arrived at the check in time, the place had not been cleaned. Linens were not changed or anything. I contacted the host and they responded quickly and had someone come clean. We did not get into the condo until hours after original check in time. During the stay we had no extra trash bags, there were cock roaches, and the blinds would not close all the way. The pictures also enhance the place a lot. It’s very small and outdated. I would not recommend this place or LSI rentals to anyone.
Would not recommend this place at all! Very dirty with odor. Needs repair and updates! Vent in bathroom was falling out of ceiling. Cabinets falling apart in kitchen and bathroom. No moisture vent in bathroom. Furniture on balcony was old and worn out! Rugs dirty inside and out! Sorry would never stay here again!
Took pictures showed them to you. Seem liked you didn’t care. Bugs in the kitchen and counters. You didn’t even offer to take anything off are bill or reach out to us… you need to update not ok we will not be staying there again. Nasty place to stay…
This condo was in a great location close to the beach! There is a really good Italian place in walking distance and an ice cream shop! Overall we had a good experience and would come again!
Everything was great, but long story short, we wanted the code for the bathrooms next to the pool, but they were unable to get the codes for us.
Great location, able to walk across the street for beach access. 5 minute drive to downtown square of seaside. Right in the middle of 30A highway

The place was amazing! It was in a great location, super close to the beach with great restaurants all around. It was very clean with a beautiful layout.
The condo was in a perfect spot to get to and from the beach easily. Close to a gas station and Publix isn’t far either. Took us some time to find it, but it wasn’t too difficult.
The place was cute and worked perfectly for us.
The bed was phenomenal. VERY comfortable.
All in all, it was a good stay. The photos make the place look a lot cleaner and newer than it is.
However, we did have a great honeymoon here and would want to come back pending updates to the condo.
If you’re looking for easy access to the beach and many restaurants on 30A, this place is perfect. We absolutely loved the location and ease of access to everything.
Pool is a 30 second walk.
Beach is a 5 minute walk.

You cannot beat this location! Convenient to Publix beach access and multiple restaurants. Great value.
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The pictures are exactly as it shows. The location is wonderful. It is just a 3-5 minute walk to ocean. You can rent bikes and bike ride anywhere in the area. We enjoyed it so much and plan to go back another time.
The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The condo is a good value but don't expect anything fancy.
Old schools Seagrove Beach Vibes!
Parts of the unit are very dated. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan, and the outside window cannot be opened. The sliding door to the porch was VERY hard to open - I had to buy some oil to spray in the track to get it slide.
This unit is not managed by the owner but a management company. The provision of ONLY 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough for 2 people for 7 days. Have you ever tried to buy just 2 more rolls in a store? They do not sell it in that small a quantity. So, you have to buy a bunch at your cost and then leave it there.
The queen bed was TOO soft due to the very thick topper, and the pillows were terrible!
Great location across from the beach, easy to access and enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.
Had a good time in Sea Side
Walking distance to the beach, convenience store less than a block away, and very easy to get to downtown Seaside via bike or car or cart. The location within the complex is perfect. Easy to get to and leave whenever you need to and very very quiet. A bit dated but clean and comfortable and definitely a great spot to stay.
