Beautifully and tastefully decorated, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a queen bed, sofa, bistro table, and flat screen TV. Location makes this a great beach retreat as it is in the heart of the action, just a few feet from both pools and a few yards to Rosemary Beach. This unit features a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, designer cabinets, granite counter tops and full bath. The Village of South Walton community offers two heated pools, tram service to the deeded beach access, restaurants, bike rentals and boutique shopping.

Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

First of all. This is the fourth time we visit the condos there. This particular condo was horrible.
A hole by the A/C unit.
Floor was very dirty and sandy.
Bathroom needs maintenance.
Need to have a decent coffee maker.
We spent so much money buying coffee while there.
The sofa looked like it was about to fall apart.
The shower curtain rod looked like it was about to fall off.
The bed sank in the middle. Very uncomfortable.

Good location- was very disappointed though. We stayed for 4 days to get some beach time & flew in- had 0 access to beach and pool the entire time. The property told us the host should have left wrist bands (which they are strict on you having) they didn’t. Never fixed the issue despite following up several times 🙁

First of all, this listing isn’t accurate. It’s listed as Rosemary Beach, and although the condo is technically located in Rosemary Beach, you will NOT have access to the actual beach. Guests staying in this condo have access to Sunset beach, which you should expect to be EXTREMELY overcrowded. This listing also states that the beach is a few yards away, which is misleading as it is about a 10 minute walk or a 4 minute tram ride. What disappoints me the most, however, is that I messaged Lsi beforehand to ask about Rosemary Beach access and I was told that we would have access to the beach, which was not true. I don’t appreciate this because I perceive it to be dishonest. If you do decide to stay here, I recommend driving 5 minutes to Inlet Beach as it is a MUCH better and less crowded location.
I also want to mention that the walls are extremely thin in this condo, so you can literally hear everything in the rooms around you. If you stay here, I recommend bringing a sound machine or using a sound app on your phone to drown out the noise.
However, this stay wasn’t all bad. It was fairly clean except for some dust in certain corners. They did provide beach chairs, which was greatly appreciated since we avoided the cost of renting them. The condo includes a coffee pot, some toiletries, a microwave, a mini fridge, and a sink. Be mindful that they require you to buy your own toilet paper after you use the 2 rolls they give you.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the overcrowded nature of the beach. However, the location was good because it was in walking distance of many stores, restaurants, the Rosemary Beach area, and the Alys Beach area.

Don’t expect peace and quiet! This unit is close to both the door to parking lot and door to pool and door is on springs so every time a person uses the doors they slam shut! Walls are very thin so you can hear conversations and kids screaming in the hallway. Your host has never been to the unit so really doesn’t know the unit nor it’s location very well. I arrived at night and couldn’t find the building - host couldn’t help me. I found it eventually.
Even though the unit wasn’t to my expectations, the area is gorgeous w a lot of neat shops, bikes to rent, restaurants, etc. all within walking distance.

Location!! Location!! Everything was absolutely beautiful. You could literally park your car and walk or rent bikes to go to awesome restaurants and stores! The studio style apartment was very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for my husband and I. Check-in was very simple. We will be back!
