Cancellation Policy
Full payment of rental is due and payable upon booking a reservation. Cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy
Minimum rental age is 25 years old without exception. A valid photo ID for the primary renter will be required for check-in. Parties that do not meet the age requirement will be denied entry or evicted from a property without refund.

All reservations will be charged a registration fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver and tax. These fees are non-refundable and will appear as a separate line item on the invoice.
All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee and will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

The place was perfect for what we needed! Very responsive host when I had a small issue with the door. Quick to get it resolved! The unit is equipped with a vacuum. I thought was perfect since it was so close to the beach. There was also umbrellas for the beach and 2 pool/beach floats. Washer/dryer in master room was great for keeping towels and clothes clean. The only thing missing was wash cloths. Also found a few spoons that's didn't look too clean, but we just threw them in the dishwasher and went on with our night. Plenty of dishes and cookware, even some plastic storage containers that worked perfectly for sandwiches and fruit to take to the beach! There is a grill on the back patio area, so we were able to cook out a few nights. Unit is close enough to the beach in a very nice calm area we allowed our teen girls to walk to the beach and back without us. Overall, the place was excellent, and we would definitely love to stay there again.

This place is close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and stores. The space is large enough for a small family.
You will need to plan to pick up the parking pass about 15 minutes away from the rental. The main bedroom has a mattress that feels like cardboard and is just as loud. Don’t plan on sleeping soundly. The comforter was stained and worn. We ended up buying our own from a local Walmart. There is a washer and dryer in the unit but the dryer does not dry clothes well. The full kitchen was nice but the stove looked like a fire hazard with aluminum foil stuffed in each burner. The air conditioning unit worked well. Overall, not a terrible place but updates will definitely help in getting return customers.

I either go right on front beach and head towards private beach or hang a left and be in public beach access. everyone around was friendly and or helpful. had no major issues with property...1 bed wasn't made. but cleaning lady came to correct it immediately. over all a 4 for a 1st time family trip.1st time renting!.
